In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie das programmübergreifende Projektmanagement im Bereich Research & Technology. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Schnittstellenkoordination, Projektverfolgung, Meetingorganisation und öffentlich geförderten Forschungsprojekten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit im Programm-Management und Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Projektschnittstellen
• Verfolgung von Projektfortschritten sowie Unterstützung bei Planung, Statuspflege und Abstimmungen
• Mitwirkung bei öffentlich geförderten Forschungsprojekten im EU- und staatlichen Förderumfeld
• Organisation, Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Meetings und internen Abstimmungen
• Unterstützung der Projektleitungen und Stakeholder im Bereich Research & Technology
• Einbringen digitaler Arbeitsweisen, neuer Tools und KI-naher Ansätze in die Projektarbeit

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in projektbezogenen Koordinationsaufgaben
• Berührungspunkte mit Forschungsprojekten, Fördermitteln oder EU Funding von Vorteil
• Hohe Affinität zu Digitalisierung, neuen Tools und idealerweise Künstlicher Intelligenz
• Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace sowie strukturierte und agile Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch fortgeschritten

In this role, you support cross-program project management in Research & Technology. The focus is on interface coordination, project tracking, meeting organization and publicly funded research projects.

Your tasks

• Support program management and coordination of project interfaces
• Track project progress and support planning, status updates and alignments
• Contribute to publicly funded research projects in EU and governmental funding environments
• Organize, prepare, conduct and follow up meetings and internal alignments
• Support project managers and stakeholders in the Research & Technology area
• Contribute digital ways of working, new tools and AI-related approaches to project work

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or business administration
• Initial professional experience in project management or project-related coordination tasks
• First exposure to research projects, funding topics or EU funding is beneficial
• Strong affinity for digitalization, new tools and ideally artificial intelligence
• Confident use of Google Workspace as well as a structured and agile working style
• Business-fluent German and advanced English skills
