Test Engineer (m/w/d) – Flight Control & Flight Management Systems

Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich Flight Control & Flight Management Systems suchen wir Sie als Test Engineer (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Integrations- und Verifikationstests für komplexe Systeme.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Integrations- und Verifikationsplänen (IVP) für L2 und L3

• Entwicklung der IV-Verifikationsstrategie und Zuweisung von Means of Compliance (M0C) zu funktionalen Anforderungen (DesVerActions und ProdVerActions im DOORS-Modul)

• Unterstützung während der Test Bench Entwicklungs- und Verifikationsphase, verantwortlich für den L3 Bench Validierungsprozess

• Definition und Durchführung von System- sowie Hardware/Software-Integrationstests

• Umsetzung von Equipment-Integrationsanforderungen in Testprozeduren/Testcases

• Durchführung von Equipment-Integrationstests an Testanlagen (Test RIGs), Auswertung der Ergebnisse und Analyse der Signalverläufe

• Erstellung von Testreports nach Abschluss der Testphase

• Durchführung von Reviews der erstellten Dokumentation

• Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation für die Testphase (Testprozeduren, Testreports, Problemreports)

• Erstellung, Pflege und Prüfung von intern eingesetzten Makros zur Testskripterstellung

• Koordination im zugeordneten Aufgabenbereich

Ihr Profil

• Ausbildung/Studium: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik oder Informatik (mind. Master/Diplom)

• Berufserfahrung: Kenntnisse im Bereich Flugkontrollsysteme erforderlich; gute Kenntnisse des Verifizierungsprozesses nach DO-178/DO-331 und Verständnis von ARP-4754 von Vorteil

• IT-/Fachkenntnisse: Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; zwingend erforderlich: Erfahrung mit SCADE-Modellbasistests, Modellabdeckungsanalyse und DOORS (Traceability, Verifikationsmatrizen); gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung mit GIT/Bitbucket wünschenswert

• Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch verhandlungssicher, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

• Weitere Qualifikationen: Selbstständig, flexibel, kommunikativ und teamorientiert; Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld, dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

For an assignment in the field of Flight Control & Flight Management Systems, we are looking for a Test Engineer (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing integration and verification tests for complex systems.

Your tasks

• Prepare Integration & Verification Plans (IVP) for L2 and L3

• Develop IV verification strategy and assign Means of Compliance (M0C) to functional requirements (DesVerActions and ProdVerActions in DOORS module)

• Support during Test Bench development and verification phase, responsible for L3 Bench validation process

• Define and execute system and hardware/software integration tests

• Translate equipment integration requirements into test procedures/test cases

• Execute equipment integration tests on test rigs, evaluate results and analyse signal data

• Prepare test reports after completion of the test phase

• Conduct reviews of technical documentation

• Support documentation activities for the test phase (procedures, test reports, problem reports)

• Create, maintain, and review internally used macros for test script generation

• Coordinate activities within the assigned work scope

Your profile

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

• Professional experience: Experience in flight control systems required; knowledge of verification processes according to DO-178/DO-331 and understanding of ARP-4754 beneficial

• IT/technical skills: Advanced MS Office skills; required: experience with SCADE model-based testing, coverage analysis, and DOORS (traceability, verification matrices); programming skills in Python and experience with GIT/Bitbucket desirable

• Languages: English fluent, German beneficial

• Other qualifications: Independent, flexible, communicative and team-oriented; ability to work in an international environment; service-oriented mindset
