CAMO Engineer A400M Airworthiness & Configuration (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie das Continuing Airworthiness Management im A400M-Umfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Wartungsplanung, technischer Dokumentation, Konfigurationskontrolle und der Schnittstelle zu Part-145-Organisationen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung geplanter Wartungsaufgaben und Begleitung laufender Maintenance Events
• Überwachung von Findings, Klärungen, Showstoppern und finaler Aircraft Release
• Qualitätsprüfung technischer Dokumentationen nach DEMAR M und PERAM 145
• Verwaltung und Reporting technischer Engineering-Dokumente während Wartungsereignissen
• Bewertung von Auswirkungen auf Konfiguration sowie Weight & Balance des Flugzeugs
• Sicherstellung termingerechter und qualitätsgerechter Datenübertragung in Kundensysteme

Ihr Profil

• Techniker-/Fachwirt-Qualifikation als Fluggerätmechaniker, Flugzeugbauer oder Bachelor Luft- und Raumfahrt
• Mehr als fünf Jahre Erfahrung in Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering und Configuration Management
• CAT B1/B2 License sowie Kenntnisse in Part 66, Part M, Part 145 und Part 21
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und MS Office
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Kommunikationsstärke, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit; Spanisch ist ein Plus

HESYS Engineering has more than 25 years of experience as an engineering partner for technical specialists. We support customers in aerospace & high-tech with qualified specialists for demanding projects. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you support Continuing Airworthiness Management in the A400M environment. The focus is on maintenance planning, technical documentation, configuration control and coordination with Part 145 organizations.

Your tasks

• Plan scheduled maintenance tasks and support ongoing maintenance events
• Monitor findings, clarifications, showstoppers and final aircraft release
• Perform quality checks of technical documentation according to DEMAR M and PERAM 145
• Manage and report engineering documents implemented during maintenance events
• Assess impacts on aircraft configuration and weight & balance
• Ensure timely and high-quality data transfer from Part 145 systems to customer systems

Your profile

• Technician or specialist qualification as aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder or bachelor’s degree in aerospace
• More than five years of experience in aerospace, engineering, manufacturing engineering and configuration management
• CAT B1/B2 License and knowledge of Part 66, Part M, Part 145 and Part 21
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Negotiation-level German and English skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills; Spanish is a plus
