Als Process Performance Engineer optimieren Sie industrielle Abläufe und Fertigungsprozesse innerhalb der Industrialisierung. Sie verantworten Standard Line Balancing, die Gestaltung von Stationsprozessen sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Linieneffizienz und Ressourceneinsatz.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung einer optimalen industriellen Abfolge in der Definitionsphase durch frühzeitige Integration von SLB-Optimierungstreibern mit PERT
• Leitung eines multifunktionalen Teams zur Erstellung und Validierung des Stationsprozesses auf Mitarbeiterebene mittels Arbeitsverteilungsdiagramm in Abhängigkeit von Taktzeit und Produktionsrate
• Umsetzung einer optimalen industriellen Abfolge zur termingerechten Lieferung innerhalb der Taktzeit und mit optimierter Ressourcenplanung durch den Einsatz von Standard Line Balancing
• Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Verbesserung der Fertigungseffizienz mit CVAT sowie Beratung und Umsetzung kurz- und langfristiger Programmplanänderungen
• Gestaltung und Auslegung neuer Produktionslinien sowie Ausbalancierung der Arbeitsinhalte unterschiedlicher Stationen innerhalb eines Value Streams zur Erreichung von Kundentakt und Zielrate
• Frühzeitige Anwendung von PERT in der Industrialisierungsphase sowie Optimierung der Linieneffizienz durch Verbesserung der Taktphasen, der zeitlichen Granularität und Referenz sowie von White und Red Space
• Unterstützung der Prozessoptimierung zur Maximierung der Wertschöpfung mit besonderem Fokus auf den kritischen Pfad

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Maschinenbau, ein anderes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Prozessplanung und mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Prozessverbesserung
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Montage ist erforderlich; Erfahrung in Zeitwirtschaft und Arbeitsplatzergonomie ist von Vorteil
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in MS Office sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktionsplanungssystemen, insbesondere SAP PR3
• Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit sowie starkes Kooperations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Schnittstellenmanagement
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, innovatives und analytisches Denken, Team- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie Problemlösungskompetenz

As a Process Performance Engineer, you optimize industrial sequences and manufacturing processes during industrialization. You are responsible for standard line balancing, the design of station processes and the continuous improvement of line efficiency and resource utilization.

Your tasks

• Ensure an optimal industrial sequence during the definition phase by integrating SLB optimization drivers using PERT at an early stage
• Lead a multifunctional team in creating and validating the station process at employee level using work distribution diagrams based on takt time and production rate
• Enable optimal implementation of the industrial sequence to ensure delivery within takt time and with optimized resource planning through the use of standard line balancing
• Continuously monitor and improve manufacturing efficiency using CVAT and advise on and implement short- and long-term programme plan changes
• Design and configure new production lines and balance work content across different stations within a value stream to achieve the customer takt and target rate
• Apply PERT at the earliest possible stage of industrialization and optimize line efficiency by continuously improving takt phases, time granularity and reference values as well as white and red space
• Support process optimization to maximize value creation, with priority given to the critical path

Your profile

• Completed bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, another technical discipline or a comparable qualification at least at bachelor’s level
• More than three years of professional experience in process planning and more than three years of professional experience in process improvement
• Sound experience in assembly is required; experience in time management and workplace ergonomics is advantageous
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office and experience with production planning systems, particularly SAP PR3
• Good knowledge of project management and business-fluent German and English skills
• Strong cost and quality awareness, reliability and a high level of cooperation and assertiveness in interface management
• Strong communication skills, innovative and analytical thinking, teamwork, enthusiasm and problem-solving skills
