Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im Bereich Qualitätssicherung und Zertifizierung von Luftfahrtbauteilen und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur regelkonformen Freigabe von Produkten im Produktionsumfeld.

• Prüfung und Inspektion von Materialien und Bauteilen

• Sicherstellung der korrekten Anlieferung durch Spediteure vor der Annahme

• Wareneingangsprüfung von Lieferungen innerhalb des Airbus POA-Umfelds

• Abgleich von Produkteigenschaften mit Kundenanforderungen und Kundenspezifikationen

• Ausstellung von Freigabebescheinigungen (EASA Form 1, Part 21G)

• Identifikation, Dokumentation und Klärung von Abweichungen in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Schnittstellen

• Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern im Qualitäts- und Produktionsumfeld

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Techniker, Fachwirt)

• Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, in der Qualitätssicherung oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld

• Erste Erfahrung im Luftfahrtumfeld oder in regulierten Industrien

• Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen, idealerweise SAP

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

Your tasks

In this role, you will support quality assurance and certification activities for aviation parts, contributing to compliant product release within a regulated production environment.

• Inspection and verification of materials and aviation parts

• Ensuring correct shipment from forwarders prior to acceptance

• Incoming inspection of deliveries within the Airbus Production Organisation Approval (POA) scope

• Verification of product properties against customer requirements and profiles

• Issuing Authorized Release Certificates (EASA Form 1, Part 21G)

• Identification, documentation and resolution of non-conformities in cooperation with relevant stakeholders

• Communication with internal and external interfaces in quality and production

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training or comparable qualification (e.g. technician or specialist level)

• Professional experience in quality management, quality assurance or a related technical field

• Initial experience in the aerospace environment or other regulated industries

• Confident handling of IT systems, ideally SAP

• Good command of German and English

• Structured, analytical working style with strong communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to work in a shift system
