Im Produktvarianten- und Konfigurationsmanagement stellen Sie sicher, dass Konfigurationsmanagementprozesse unter Berücksichtigung vertraglicher Anforderungen wirksam in Projekten und an Produkten angewendet werden. Über den Produkt- und Projektlebenszyklus arbeiten Sie eng mit Projektleitungen und Produktmanagement zusammen, um Leistungs-, Termin- und Kostenziele risikoarm zu erreichen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit in internen und externen internationalen Projektteams sowie Koordination von Unterauftragnehmern und Kunden
• Definition und Festlegung interner und externer Konfigurationsmanagement-Schnittstellen, insbesondere bei der Erstellung von Konfigurationsmanagementplänen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
• Sicherstellung der Anwendung des Konfigurationsprozesses
• Durchführung des internen und externen Änderungsmanagements sowie von Erstfreigaben im Rahmen von Change Control Boards und Release Boards
• Erstellung von Produktstrukturen einschließlich Identifikation von Konfigurationseinheiten und Abbildung in den Konfigurationsmanagement-Tools
• Bildung von Baselines und Bauzustandsfestschreibungen sowie Erstellung weiterer Auswertungen und Statusdarstellungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, jeweils mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung sowie Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung
• Erfahrung im Software-Konfigurationsmanagement und in Produktionsprozessen ist von Vorteil
• Weitere Erfahrung im Konfigurationsmanagement sowie mit verschiedenen Konfigurationsmanagement-Standards wie ISO 10007 und EIA-649 ist von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) sind von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
• Fähigkeit, Präsentationen vor internationalen Kunden und Partnern durchzuführen
• Fähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz zur Umsetzung beziehungsweise Einführung von Konfigurationsmanagement-Vorgaben
• Kompromissfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen in Gesprächen und Verhandlungen mit internen und externen Kunden und Auftragnehmern
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit sowie proaktive Kommunikation im Projektteam und mit Schnittstellenbereichen

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer HENSOLDT, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In product variant and configuration management, you will ensure that configuration management processes are effectively applied to projects and products, taking contractual requirements into account. Throughout the product and project lifecycle, you will work closely with project leaders and product managers to achieve performance, schedule and cost objectives with minimal risk.

Your tasks

• Contribute to internal and external international project teams and coordinate subcontractors and customers
• Define and establish internal and external configuration management interfaces, particularly when preparing configuration management plans in German and English
• Ensure application of the configuration process
• Perform internal and external change management and initial releases through Change Control Boards and Release Boards
• Create product structures, including identifying configuration items and mapping them in configuration management tools
• Establish baselines and document fixed build configurations, and prepare additional analyses and status reports

Your profile

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification, in each case at least at bachelor’s level
• More than two years of professional experience, along with experience in project execution
• Experience in software configuration management and production processes is an advantage
• Further experience in configuration management and with configuration management standards such as ISO 10007 and EIA-649 is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) is an advantage
• Business-fluent German and advanced English
• Ability to deliver presentations to international customers and partners
• Ability and interpersonal skills to implement or introduce configuration management requirements
• Ability to compromise and demonstrate assertiveness in discussions and negotiations with internal and external customers and contractors
• A high level of initiative and teamwork, along with proactive communication within the project team and with interfacing departments
