Mechatroniker / Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) – Montage optoelektronischer Systeme.

IHRE AUFGABEN

Die Abteilung repariert und produziert Sensoren und komplette Systeme für Fahrzeuge zur weiträumigenÜberwachung. Wir arbeiten mit militärischen Kunden national und international zusammen, wo unsereSysteme als Schutz der Truppen und Objekte im Auslandseinsatz Anwendung finden.Sie sind für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

• Prüfung der Aufträge auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit, ggf. Klärung vorliegender Unstimmigkeiten
• Selbständige Montage komplexer Unter- und Hauptbaugruppen gemäß den Fertigungsunterlagen
• Eigenverantwortliche Endmontage sowie Justage des Gesamtgeräts
• Reinigung optischer Oberflächen und Geräte
• Durchführung von Verdrahtungs-, Löt- und Klebearbeiten
• Durchführen von Zwischenprüfungen gemäß vorgegebenen Spezifikationen
• Prüfung des Zusammenwirkens einzelner Komponenten und Baugruppen und Durchführung von Nachjustierungen
• Abnahmen von fertigen Geräten
• Unterstützung bei der Instandsetzung von optoelektronischen Sichtsystemen zur Anwendung auf Fahrzeugen für die Überwachung
• Durchführung der Qualitätssicherung sowie Dokumentation des gesamten Fertigungs- und Abnahmeprozesses

IHR PROFIL

Ausbildung

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker/in oder Mechatroniker/in
• Alternativ: vergleichbare technische Qualifikation

IT

• SAP – Kenntnisse von Detailfunktionen
• Sprachkenntnisse
• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher

Berufserfahrung

• Erfahrung in der Montage optischer und/oder mechanischer Geräte

Kenntnisse

• Arbeit mit feinmechanischen, elektronischen und optischen Teilen und Baugruppen

Weitere Qualifikationen

• Löt-, Crimp- und Klebekenntnisse
• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis

Mechatronics Engineer / Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d) – Assembly of Optoelectronic Systems.

Whether you have many years of experience, are a university graduate, have a specialized apprenticeship, or have a solid technical background – motivation, team spirit, and expertise are what count for us.

YOUR TASKS

The department repairs and produces sensors and complete systems for vehicles for wide-area surveillance.

We work with military customers nationally and internationally, where our
systems are used to protect troops and assets during overseas operations.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Checking orders for completeness and accuracy, clarifying any discrepancies if necessary
• Independent assembly of complex sub- and main assemblies according to the production documents
• Independent final assembly and adjustment of the entire device
• Cleaning optical surfaces and devices
• Performing wiring, soldering, and gluing work
• Conducting intermediate inspections according to specified specifications
• Testing the interaction of individual components and assemblies and performing readjustments
• Acceptance of finished devices
• Supporting the repair of optoelectronic vision systems for use in vehicle monitoring
• Implementing quality assurance and documenting the entire production and acceptance process

YOUR PROFILE

Education

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or mechatronics engineer
• Alternatively: comparable technical qualification

IT

• SAP – knowledge of detailed functions

Language skills

• German: fluent

Professional experience

• Experience in assembling optical and/or mechanical devices

Knowledge

• Working with precision mechanical, electronic, and optical parts and assemblies

Further qualifications

• Soldering, crimping, and gluing skills
• Excellent technical understanding
