In this role, you will contribute to the development of software solutions for weapon and sensor models used in advanced simulation environments. You will support the implementation of high-quality software components while working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams in the aerospace and defence environment.
Your tasks
Develop and maintain software for weapon models and simulation components using C++
Manage software development activities while considering safety, quality, performance, cost and operational requirements
Design and implement software interfaces for integration into complex simulation environments
Support the development and enhancement of simulation solutions for weapon and sensor systems
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle
Contribute to continuous improvement of software quality, maintainability and development processes
Your profile
Master's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable discipline
More than four years of professional experience in software engineering, information systems or the aerospace industry
Strong experience in C++ software development and interface definition
Advanced MS Office skills and a structured, independent approach to software development
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively in international and multidisciplinary teams
Business fluent English; German skills are an advantage
