Als Projektmanager Industrialisierung verantworten Sie die Planung und Realisierung von Produktionsanlagen, Logistiksystemen und Betriebseinrichtungen. Sie steuern komplexe Industrialisierungsprojekte über den gesamten Projektzeitraum und stellen die Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitätsanforderungen sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Projektierung und standortübergreifende Standardisierung von Produktionsanlagen, Logistiksystemen und Betriebseinrichtungen
• Vorplanung und Konzepterstellung einschließlich Grobkonzept, Budgetschätzung und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnung
• Projektleitung über den gesamten Realisierungszeitraum mit Kosten- und Terminverantwortung, Anlagenqualifizierung und Koordination externer Unternehmen
• Planung der Projektressourcen und Projektinfrastruktur, Ermittlung des Budgetbedarfs, Erstellung von Terminrahmen und Strukturierung des Gesamtprojekts in Teilprojekte
• Unterstützung des Anforderungsmanagements und der Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen sowie Entwicklung detaillierter Verfahrens-, Prozess- und Industrialisierungskonzepte auf Basis von Value-Stream-Analysen
• Erstellung übergeordneter Projektsteckbriefe, Abstimmung der Leistungsinhalte mit Auftraggebern und Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen, qualitativen und termingerechten Planung
• Steuerung des Änderungsmanagements, kontinuierliche Kontrolle der Projektschritte und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
• Integrationsplanung in bestehende Prozesse, Verfahren und laufende Fertigungen sowie Projektvertretung, Stakeholder-, Multiprojekt- und Claimmanagement

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium im Maschinenbau, in Fertigungstechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation auf Master- beziehungsweise Diplomniveau
• Mehr als vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld
• Erfahrung im Flugzeugbau, in der Automatisierung und in der Industrialisierung ist wünschenswert
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in MS Office; Erfahrung mit CATIA und dynamischen Simulationen ist sehr wünschenswert
• Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement; Kenntnisse in Fertigungssteuerung und Logistikplanung sind wünschenswert
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Teamfähigkeit, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Belastbarkeit

As Project Manager Industrialization, you are responsible for planning and implementing production facilities, logistics systems and operating equipment. You manage complex industrialization projects throughout the entire project lifecycle and ensure compliance with cost, schedule and quality requirements.

Your tasks

• Plan production facilities, logistics systems and operating equipment with a focus on cross-site standardization
• Carry out preliminary planning and concept development, including high-level concepts, budget estimates and profitability calculations
• Manage projects throughout the entire implementation period with responsibility for costs and schedules, including equipment qualification and coordination of external companies
• Plan project resources and infrastructure, determine budget requirements, prepare timeframes and structure the overall project into subprojects
• Support requirements management and the preparation of technical specifications and develop detailed procedural, process and industrialization concepts based on value stream analyses
• Prepare overarching project profiles, coordinate the scope of services with customers and ensure economical, qualitative and timely planning
• Manage changes through continuous control of individual project steps and initiate corrective measures in the event of deviations
• Plan project integration into existing processes, procedures and ongoing production and independently manage project interfaces, stakeholders, multiple projects and claims

Your profile

• Completed master’s or diploma degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, automation engineering or aerospace engineering, or a comparable qualification at master’s or diploma level
• More than four years of professional experience in project management and several years of experience in an industrial production environment
• Experience in aircraft construction, automation and industrialization is desirable
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office; experience with CATIA and dynamic simulations is highly desirable
• Good knowledge of project management; knowledge of production control and logistics planning is desirable
• Business-fluent German and English skills
• Teamwork, a goal- and solution-oriented working style, assertiveness, strong communication skills and high resilience
