Arbeitsvorbereiter Airplane Doors (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Arbeitsvorbereiter Airplane Doors (m/w/d).

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der industriellen Arbeitsvorbereitung für Flugzeugtüren. Sie stellen die industrielle Umsetzbarkeit sicher, begleiten Fertigungsprozesse eng am Shopfloor und tragen maßgeblich zur Stabilität, Qualität und Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsabläufe bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Antriebsimplementierung der ersten Installation inklusive erforderlicher Rückkopplungsschleifen für den Fertigungsbereich

• Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Arbeitsplänen, Stücklisten und SOIs unter Berücksichtigung von Fertigungsanforderungen, Zeitberechnung und den „Goldenen Regeln“ der Arbeitsvorbereitung gemäß gültiger Prozesse

• Festlegen der Anforderungen für industrielle Assets wie Werkzeuge und Maschinen bei Neu- oder Änderungsbedarfen

• Planung und Durchführung regelmäßiger Feedbackschleifen mit dem Produktionsteam

• Bearbeitung und Steuerung wiederkehrender Arbeitsvorbereitungsprobleme, die aus Produktion oder Tech Shop Floor Support eskaliert werden

• Direkte Kommunikation durch aktive Teilnahme an Routinen des Produktionsteams

• Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Fertigungsfläche durch arbeitsvorbereitendes Fachwissen, wenn Probleme nicht lokal gelöst werden können

• Unterstützung von PSA bei der Bewertung industrieller Änderungswirkungen sowie Übersetzung industrieller Anforderungen in Design und Supply Chain

• Verantwortung für das Support-Konfigurationsmanagement inklusive Durchführung und Unterstützung von P-FMEA / FMEA

• Weitergabe technischen Fachwissens an DPE je nach Geschäftsbereich

• Wahrnehmung der ME-Rolle im Supply-Chain-Management zur Sicherstellung konsistenter und wirksamer Daten, z. B. zu Fehlteilen, Beständen und Auswirkungen auf die Materialbedarfsplanung

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Fachwirt, z. B. als Fluggerätmechaniker, Fluggerätelektroniker, Industriemechaniker, Elektroniker, KFZ-Mechaniker oder vergleichbar

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:

  • Arbeitsvorbereitung

  • Elektrotechnik / Elektronik

  • Fertigung / Produktion

  • Flugzeugbau

  • Produktionsplanung und -steuerung

  • Supply Chain / Logistik

  • Projektmanagement

  • Technische Dokumentation

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP

• Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch versiert

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Airplane Doors (m/f/d).

In this role, you will be responsible for industrial work preparation for aircraft door manufacturing, closely supporting shopfloor activities and ensuring stable, efficient and high-quality production processes.

Your tasks

• Implementation of actuation for first installation including required feedback loops to manufacturing

• Creation and update of work plans, bills of materials and SOIs considering manufacturing requirements, time calculation and “golden rules” of work preparation

• Definition of requirements for industrial assets such as tools and machines for new or modified setups

• Planning and execution of regular feedback loops with the production team

• Management of recurring work preparation issues escalated from production or tech shopfloor support

• Direct communication through on-site participation in production team routines

• Support of continuous improvement of the manufacturing area with work preparation expertise

• Support of PSA activities, including impact assessment of industrial changes and translation of industrial needs into design and supply chain

• Responsibility for support configuration management, including execution and support of P-FMEA / FMEA

• Transfer of technical expertise to DPE depending on business area

• Acting as ME interface in supply chain management, ensuring data consistency and effectiveness, e.g. missing parts, stock levels and impacts on material requirements planning

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training with qualification as technician or business administrator

• Several years of professional experience in areas such as work preparation, manufacturing, aircraft production, supply chain, production planning, project management or technical documentation

• Confident use of MS Office and SAP

• High level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility

• Independent, structured and diligent working style

• Strong communication skills and team spirit

• Fluent business German and good English skills
