Sie unterstützen die Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit und die Stabilisierung kritischer Lieferketten im operativen Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Sicherstellung und Überwachung der Auftragsabwicklung im Supply-Chain-Umfeld
• Analyse von Verzögerungen sowie Priorisierung nach Bedarf von Produktion und Kunden
• Steuerung operativer Maßnahmen zur Stabilisierung von Lieferketten und Materialflüssen
• Pflege und Auswertung relevanter Daten im ERP-System
• Abstimmung mit internen Bereichen und externen Lieferanten zur Problemlösung
• Überwachung der täglichen Supply-Chain-Performance und Einleitung von Maßnahmen

Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Logistik oder Betriebswirtschaft
• Berufserfahrung in Einkauf, Supply Chain, Customer Service oder Projektmanagement
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP/R3 oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen
• Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert in Wort und Schrift

Your tasks
• Ensure and monitor order processing within the supply chain
• Analyze delays and prioritize according to production and customer needs
• Drive operational actions to stabilize supply chains and material flows
• Maintain and evaluate relevant data in ERP systems
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues
• Monitor daily supply chain performance and initiate corrective actions

Your profile
• Degree in engineering, logistics, business administration or similar field
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, customer service or project management
• Practical experience with SAP/R3 or comparable ERP systems
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Structured, independent and result-oriented working style
• Fluent German and advanced English skills
