Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Position arbeiten Sie an der Entwicklung und Integration von Systemen der Flugsteuerung, Hydraulik und Aktuatorik für zivile und militärische Hubschrauber und begleiten diese Systeme über den gesamten Lebenszyklus.

• Konstruktive Betreuung von Flugsteuerungs-, Hydraulik- und Aktuatorsystemen über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus

• Konzeption, Detailkonstruktion und Integration von Systemen und Komponenten in CATIA V5

• Konstruktion überwiegend metallischer Bauteile unter Berücksichtigung von Werkstoffen, Fertigungsverfahren und Oberflächenbehandlungen

• Integration der Systeme in den Hubschrauber sowie Abstimmung der entsprechenden Schnittstellen

• Durchführung von Zusammenbau- und Integrationsstudien sowie Erstellung von Bau- und Fertigungsunterlagen

• Kinematik-Analysen zu Steuerwegen, Toleranzen und Rigging

• Freigabe von Bauunterlagen und Dokumentationen in SAP bzw. PLM-Systemen

• Mitwirkung bei Auslegungs-, Qualifikations- und Zertifizierungsdokumentationen sowie Wartungskonzepten

• Umsetzung von Produktverbesserungen und Unterstützung bei Obsoleszenzthemen

• Beitrag zur Aufrechterhaltung der Lufttüchtigkeit

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Fachbereichen sowie internationalen Partnern und Lieferanten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, z. B. Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar

• Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung, Konstruktion oder Integration technischer Systeme

• Technisches Verständnis für mechanische, hydraulische oder mechatronische Systeme

• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit CAD-Systemen, idealerweise CATIA V5

• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit technischen Dokumentationen und Freigabeprozessen

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, gute Deutschkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

• Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit in einem internationalen Umfeld

HESYS Engineering is a partner for highly specialized engineering services in high-tech environments such as aerospace and defence. With more than 20 years of experience, we support demanding development programs throughout the entire product lifecycle.
For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

Your tasks

In this role, you will contribute to the development and integration of flight control, hydraulic and actuation systems for civil and military helicopters, supporting these systems across their full lifecycle.

• Design responsibility for flight control, hydraulic and actuation systems across the product lifecycle

• Concept development, detailed design and system integration using CATIA V5

• Design of mainly metallic components considering materials, manufacturing processes and surface treatments

• Integration of systems into the helicopter and coordination of technical interfaces

• Execution of assembly and integration studies and creation of design and manufacturing documentation

• Kinematic analyses regarding control paths, tolerances and rigging

• Release of design documentation in SAP and PLM environments

• Contribution to design, qualification and certification documentation as well as maintenance concepts

• Support of product improvements and obsolescence management

• Contribution to continued airworthiness activities

• Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and international suppliers

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, e.g. aerospace, mechanical engineering or a comparable field

• Professional experience in system development, design or integration

• Technical understanding of mechanical, hydraulic or mechatronic systems

• Experience working with CAD tools, ideally CATIA V5

• Familiarity with engineering documentation and release processes

• Very good English skills, good German skills; French skills are an advantage

• Structured, independent and detail-oriented working style

• Strong teamwork and communication skills in an international environment
