Supply Chain Specialist (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

HESYS Engineering is a partner for demanding projects in the aerospace and high-tech sector. For over 25 years, we have supported our customers with specialized experts in complex development and production environments. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.
You manage material flows and coordinate supply chain activities between internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure reliable delivery performance.

Your tasks

• Review and clarify demand data for completeness and accuracy
• Plan, schedule and procure materials, components and services
• Monitor deliveries regarding quantity, timing and cost
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders across departments
• Analyze supplier performance and maintain relevant master data
• Identify risks and support corrective and recovery actions

Your profile

• Background in supply chain, logistics, industrial business or comparable qualification
• Experience in material planning, procurement or supplier management is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and structured working approach
• Confident communication and coordination across different levels
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems
• English fluent, German is a plus
