Gesucht wird ein Supply Officer für die operative Beschaffung im Bereich Air Vehicle und Mission Equipment. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der vorausschauenden Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit für zivile und militärische Produktionslinien von der Einzelteilfertigung bis zur Montageendlinie.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Antizipative Disposition des verantworteten Materialspektrums zur Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen Materialverfügbarkeit (Coverage) sowie Durchführung von Schnell- und Sofortbeschaffungen
• Koordination und Abstimmung bei der Neueinführung von Komponenten sowie Zusammenarbeit mit den verantworteten Lieferanten
• Bearbeitung und Lösung von Qualitätsproblemen sowie Überwachung und Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Revalidierung und Lagerlaufzeitverlängerung
• Kommunikation und Koordination mit wesentlichen Stakeholdern und Schnittstellen wie strategischem Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung, Logistik, Programm, Exportkontrolle, Engineering und Produktion
• Management der verantworteten Lieferanten hinsichtlich relevanter Supply-Chain-Themen, einschließlich Erstellung und Verfolgung von Aufholplänen, Kapazitätsprüfungen, Nachverfolgung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen sowie Verhandlung von Lieferzeiten und Lieferzeitanpassungen
• Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung für Versorgungsprobleme und bei Projekten zur Verbesserung der Supply Chain hinsichtlich Wiederbeschaffungszeiten und Kostenminimierung
• Teilnahme und Mitwirkung in relevanten Multifunktionsteams zur konsequenten Weiterentwicklung der Lieferketten und Lösung bestehender Herausforderungen
• Bearbeitung typischer Problemstellungen entlang des Beschaffungsprozesses, z. B. überfälliger Rechnungen oder blockierter Bestellungen
• Verantwortung für OTD1-Kollaboration, Bestandsmanagement und KPI-Verbesserungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit einer Qualifikation mindestens auf dem Niveau Techniker oder Fachwirt
• Jeweils mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf und in der Logistik
• Jeweils mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der operativen und strategischen Beschaffung sowie im Supply Chain Management
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
• Deutsch und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Kundenorientiertes Denken, Teamgeist, Zielstrebigkeit, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke sowie uneingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft

We are looking for a Supply Officer for operational procurement in the Air Vehicle and Mission Equipment area. The focus is on proactively ensuring material availability for civil and military production lines, from individual part production through to the final assembly line.

Your tasks

• Anticipatory planning of the responsible material portfolio to ensure continuous material availability (coverage) and performance of expedited and urgent procurement
• Coordinate and align the introduction of new components and collaborate with the responsible suppliers
• Process and resolve quality problems and monitor and initiate measures for revalidation and storage-life extensions
• Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders and interfaces such as strategic procurement, quality assurance, logistics, programme, export control, engineering and production
• Manage the responsible suppliers regarding relevant supply chain topics, including preparing and tracking recovery plans, conducting capacity reviews, following up on improvement measures and negotiating delivery times and adjustments
• Support solutions to supply problems and projects aimed at improving the supply chain regarding replenishment times and cost minimization
• Participate and contribute to relevant multifunctional teams to continuously develop supply chains and resolve existing challenges
• Process typical issues along the procurement process, e.g. overdue invoices or blocked purchase orders
• Take responsibility for OTD1 collaboration, inventory management and KPI improvements

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical vocational qualification at least at technician or specialist business administrator level
• More than two years of professional experience in both purchasing and logistics
• More than two years of professional experience in both operational and strategic procurement and supply chain management
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• At least negotiation-level proficiency in German and English; French language skills are advantageous
• Customer-oriented thinking, team spirit, determination, assertiveness and strong communication skills as well as unrestricted willingness to travel
