In dieser Rolle begleiten Sie Raumfahrtprodukte von der frühen Entwicklung bis zur Serienproduktion. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Industrialisierung, fertigungsgerechtem Design, Produktionsprozessen, Prüfplanung, Prozessqualifikation und Kostenoptimierung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Begleitung der Produktentwicklung von ersten Entwürfen bis zur Serienproduktion
• Einbringen von Fertigungs- und Produktionserfahrung in Entwicklungs- und Industrialisierungsprozesse
• Definition von Fertigungsabläufen, Verfahren und Manufacturing and Inspection Flows
• Unterstützung bei Werkzeugen, Fertigungsgeräten und Qualifikation von Produktionsprozessen
• Erstellung von Manufacturing Bill of Materials, Bill of Processes und Prüfplänen
• Bearbeitung von Qualitätsmeldungen, Kostenanalysen und Prozessverbesserungen

Ihr Profil

• Techniker-/Fachwirtqualifikation als Mechaniker, Mechatroniker, Feinmechaniker, Fluggerätmechaniker oder vergleichbar
• Alternativ Studium in Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Fertigung, Produktion und Industrialisierung von Produkten und Prozessen
• Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP und Collaboration-Tools; PLM-/Teamcenter-Erfahrung wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse in Methoden wie statistischer Prozesskontrolle, Messsystemanalyse oder PFMEA von Vorteil
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

In this role, you support space product development from early design phases through series production. The focus is on industrialization, manufacturing-oriented design, production processes, control planning, process qualification and cost optimization.

Your tasks

• Support product development from first concepts through series production
• Contribute production and manufacturing experience to development and industrialization processes
• Define manufacturing processes, methods and manufacturing and inspection flows
• Support tools, production equipment and qualification of production processes
• Create manufacturing bills of materials, bills of processes and control plans
• Handle quality notifications, cost analyses and process improvements

Your profile

• Technician or business specialist qualification as mechanic, mechatronics technician, precision mechanic, aircraft mechanic or comparable qualification
• Alternatively completed degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable field
• Several years of experience in manufacturing, production and industrialization of products and processes
• Knowledge of MS Office, SAP and collaboration tools; PLM/Teamcenter experience is desirable
• Knowledge of methods such as statistical process control, measurement system analysis or PFMEA is beneficial
• Business-fluent German and English skills
