In dieser Position unterstützen Sie die Planung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung logistischer Prozesse. Sie entwickeln Prozessstandards, analysieren Verbesserungspotenziale und wirken an der Automatisierung logistischer Abläufe mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung logistischer Prozesse
• Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Prozessstandards und Prozessrichtlinien
• Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Produktion, Qualität und weiteren Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Materialflusses
• Mitwirkung bei der Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden für Prozessoptimierung
• Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Berichten über Prozesskennzahlen und Prozessergebnisse
• Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien und Systeme zur Prozessautomatisierung

Ihr Profil

• Vergleichbare Qualifikation mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder Prozessmanagement ist erforderlich
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prozessoptimierung und Prozessanalyse, z. B. Lean Management oder Six Sigma, sind erforderlich
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in MS Office
• Erfahrung mit modernen Logistiksystemen und entsprechender Software ist wünschenswert
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und versierte Englischkenntnisse
• Proaktive, zielgerichtete und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

In this position, you will support the planning, implementation and continuous optimization of logistics processes. You will develop process standards, analyse potential improvements and contribute to the automation of logistics workflows.

Your tasks

Your profile

• A comparable qualification at least at Bachelor’s degree level or a completed degree in logistics or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in logistics or process management are required
• Sound knowledge of process optimization and analysis, e.g. Lean Management or Six Sigma, is required
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with modern logistics systems and related software is desirable
• Business-fluent German and proficient English
• Proactive, goal-oriented and structured working style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
