Sie unterstützen das arbeitsmedizinische Team im organisatorischen und medizinischen Tagesgeschäft. Die Rolle verbindet Praxisorganisation, medizinische Untersuchungen und die Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden in einem professionellen Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Organisation der arbeitsmedizinischen Praxis inklusive Terminplanung und Bescheinigungen
• Unterstützung der Arbeitsmedizinerinnen und Arbeitsmediziner in Praxis und Beratung
• Durchführung medizinischer Funktionstests wie Seh-, Hör-, EKG- und Lungenprüfungen
• Versorgung von Verletzten und Erkrankten nach aktuellem medizinischem Standard
• Unterstützung bei Impf-, Hygiene- und Gesundheitsberatungen im Arbeitsumfeld
• Organisation von Gesundheitsaktionen sowie Kommunikation mit externen Stellen

Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als medizinische Fachangestellte, Pflegekraft oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung im medizinischen Assistenzumfeld, idealerweise in der Arbeitsmedizin
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und sicherer Umgang mit administrativen Abläufen
• Sorgfältige, kundenorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Deutsch und Englisch sicher im beruflichen Umfeld

You will support the occupational health team in daily organizational and medical tasks. The role combines practice coordination, medical testing and employee support in a professional environment.

Your tasks
• Organize occupational health practice activities including appointments and certificates
• Support occupational physicians in daily practice and consultation activities
• Perform medical function tests such as vision, hearing, ECG and lung function tests
• Provide initial care for injured or ill persons according to current medical standards
• Support vaccination, hygiene and health-related consultations in the work environment
• Organize health campaigns and communicate with external institutions and service partners

Your profile
• Completed training as a medical assistant, nurse or in a comparable field
• Experience in a medical assistance environment, ideally in occupational health
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and confident handling of administrative processes
• Careful, service-oriented and independent way of working
• Team-oriented, communicative and responsible personality
• Confident German and English skills for the professional environment
