Sie unterstützen Rollout- und Migrationsprojekte im Bereich professioneller Mobilfunklösungen. Der Fokus liegt auf Remote-Integration, Störungsanalyse und Systemstabilität im Radio Network Umfeld. Ein Einsatz ist in Berlin oder Sulzbach möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Steuerung und Unterstützung bei Integration und Migration von Basisstationen via Fernzugriff
• 2nd Level Support im Bereich Radio Network und Basisstationen
• Analyse komplexer Störungen und Durchführung von Problem Management
• Durchführung von Software-Updates und Systemanpassungen
• Umsetzung von Change- und Konfigurationsmanagement
• Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Teams und Kunden im Projektumfeld

Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossene IT-bezogene Berufsausbildung
• Erfahrung in der Mobilfunkbranche, z. B. im RAN- oder Field-Umfeld
• Kenntnisse moderner Mobilfunktechnologien und Nokia Basisstationen
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
• Selbstständige, serviceorientierte und teamfähige Arbeitsweise

You will support rollout and migration projects in professional mobile communication networks. The focus is on remote integration, troubleshooting and ensuring system stability within radio network environments. The position can be based in Berlin or Sulzbach.

Your tasks
• Support integration and migration of base stations via remote access
• Provide 2nd level support in radio network environments
• Analyse complex incidents and perform problem management
• Execute software updates and configuration changes
• Implement change and configuration management processes
• Collaborate with technical teams and customers in project environments

Your profile
• Completed IT-related vocational training
• Experience in mobile network environments such as RAN or field services
• Knowledge of mobile communication standards and Nokia base stations
• Business fluent German and English skills
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally
• Independent, service-oriented and team-focused working style
