In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die vollumfängliche betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerung der Abteilung und stellen die Transparenz aller Finanz- und Leistungsdaten sicher. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Kosten-, Ressourcen- und Kapazitätscontrolling, Budgetierung, Forecasting sowie Abweichungsanalysen und Reporting.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung, Überwachung und präzise Steuerung der wiederkehrenden Betriebskosten (Recurring Costs/RC) sowie der einmaligen Projekt- und Investitionsaufwände (Non-Recurring Costs/NRC)
• Sicherstellung der isolierten Erfassung von Projektkosten, damit diese nicht ungewollt in die laufenden Betriebskosten einfließen
• Unterstützung des Managements bei der Ressourcenallokation für interne Kapazitäten und Work Packages sowie Überwachung der Auslastung und der Verteilung der Arbeitszeiten auf Linie (RC) und Projekte (NRC)
• Maßgebliche Mitwirkung bei der Ermittlung und Nachverfolgung interner Stundensätze und Kapazitätsbedarfe
• Erstellung der jährlichen Budgetplanung (AOP) der Abteilung und Durchführung regelmäßiger Bottom-Up-Forecasts (FC 1/2/3) unter Berücksichtigung von Meilensteinen
• Durchführung kontinuierlicher Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, frühzeitige Identifizierung von Kosten- und Kapazitätsabweichungen, Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen sowie Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports und Dashboard-Analysen für die Abteilungsleitung und das zentrale Unternehmenscontrolling

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, jeweils mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzwesen
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Performance-Management
• Kenntnisse von SAP-Detailfunktionen sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace; Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement sind von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
• Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge und Funktionsweisen schnell zu erkennen und zu analysieren
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise zur termingerechten Zielerreichung und effizienten Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen
• Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten für die Zusammenarbeit mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen

In this position, you take full responsibility for the commercial management of the department and ensure transparency across all financial and performance data. The focus is on cost, resource and capacity controlling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting.

Your tasks

• Plan, monitor and precisely manage recurring operating costs (Recurring Costs/RC) as well as one-off project and investment expenses (Non-Recurring Costs/NRC)
• Ensure that project costs are recorded separately and do not unintentionally flow into ongoing operating costs
• Support management in allocating resources for internal capacities and work packages and monitor utilisation as well as the allocation of working hours to line activities (RC) and projects (NRC)
• Play a key role in determining and tracking internal hourly rates and capacity requirements
• Prepare the department’s annual budget planning (AOP) and conduct regular bottom-up forecasts (FC 1/2/3), taking milestones into account
• Conduct continuous target-versus-actual comparisons, identify cost and capacity deviations at an early stage, initiate countermeasures and prepare meaningful reports and dashboard analyses for department management and central corporate controlling

Your profile

• Completed technical degree or degree in business administration, in each case at least at Bachelor’s level
• More than three years of professional experience in finance
• More than three years of professional experience in project management
• More than three years of professional experience in performance management
• Knowledge of detailed SAP functions and Google Workspace; knowledge of process management is an advantage
• Business-fluent German and advanced English skills
• Ability to quickly recognise and analyse technical interrelationships and functional principles
• Independent, structured and result-oriented working approach to achieve objectives on schedule and coordinate workflows efficiently
• Strong communication skills for cooperation with contacts at all levels
