In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie Aufgaben als Certifying Staff CAT B1 am militärischen Hubschrauber NH90 TTH/NFH. Sie koordinieren Wartungsarbeiten, führen Inspektionen und Funktionsprüfungen durch und stellen die vollständige technische Dokumentation sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung planbarer und unplanbarer Inspektionen am NH90 TTH/NFH einschließlich Dokumentation in SASPF
• Koordination der Arbeitsaufträge, Pflege des Planungstools PPC und Sicherstellung des Materialflusses im Dock
• Fachliche Unterweisung, Einteilung und Anleitung der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter sowie Kontrolle der Arbeitsergebnisse
• Erstellung von Störmeldungen, technischen Beanstandungen und administrativen Meldungen in SASPF, NC-Tool und AFTO22/29
• Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen nach Wartungen, Upgrades, Modifikationen und Retrofits
• Pflege der Luftfahrzeugdokumentation, Log-Card-Management und Unterstützung des freigabeberechtigten Personals

Ihr Profil

• Qualifikation als Techniker oder Fachwirt in Elektrotechnik beziehungsweise Elektronik oder technisches Studium mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation
• Mehr als drei Jahre Erfahrung in Luft- und Raumfahrt, Mechanik, Qualitätssicherung und technischer Dokumentation
• Grundmodule nach EASA Part-66 für Certifying Staff CAT B1 sowie B1-Typentraining gemäß DEMAR 147 am NH90
• Abgeschlossenes On-the-Job-Training und gültige Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence
• Kenntnisse bundeswehrspezifischer Regularien, des militärischen Luftrechts und des Bundeswehr-SAP-Systems SASPF
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher sowie eine zuverlässige, teamorientierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you work as Certifying Staff CAT B1 on the military NH90 TTH/NFH helicopter. You coordinate maintenance activities, perform inspections and functional tests and ensure complete technical documentation.

Your tasks

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections on the NH90 TTH/NFH and document all activities in SASPF
• Coordinate work orders, maintain the PPC planning tool and ensure material flow within the maintenance dock
• Instruct, allocate and guide assigned employees and verify work progress, execution and results
• Create fault reports, technical findings and administrative notifications in SASPF, the NC tool and AFTO22/29
• Perform functional tests following maintenance, upgrades, modifications and retrofit activities
• Maintain aircraft documentation, manage log cards and support authorised certifying personnel

Your profile

• Qualification as a technician or technical specialist in electrical engineering or electronics, or a technical degree with relevant additional qualification
• More than three years of experience in aerospace, mechanics, quality assurance and technical documentation
• EASA Part-66 basic modules for Certifying Staff CAT B1 and B1 type training according to DEMAR 147 for the NH90
• Completed on-the-job training and a valid Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence
• Knowledge of German Armed Forces regulations, military aviation law and the SASPF system
• Business-fluent German and English with a reliable, team-oriented and quality-conscious working style
