In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im Technical Data Engineering mit Schwerpunkt auf Ersatzteilkonfiguration, Ersatzteilversorgung und technischer Dokumentation für Hubschrauber. Dabei analysieren Sie technische Bauunterlagen, pflegen Ersatzteildaten und erstellen beziehungsweise validieren technische Dokumentationen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyse und Unterstützung des Designs zur Festlegung des Wartungskonzepts und der Ersatzteilkonfiguration unter Sicherstellung einer optimalen Erfüllung der Kundenanforderungen
• Selbstständige Analyse von Änderungsanträgen, Schätzung der Aufwände hinsichtlich S&S-Auswirkungen sowie Definition der Liefergegenstände
• Ermittlung von Ersatzteildaten aus technischen Bauunterlagen wie Stücklisten, Zeichnungen und Herstellerunterlagen sowie Festlegung von Ersatzteilkonfigurationen und Ersatzteil-Kits
• Datenpflege für Ersatzteile und Ersatzteilversorgbarkeit einschließlich Stammdatenpflege in SAP sowie Festlegung, Koordination und Freigabe der Material Evolution Table (MET)
• Vorbereitung, Erstellung beziehungsweise Validierung technischer Dokumentationen in Übereinstimmung mit internationalen Standards zur Gewährleistung einer sicheren und effizienten Wartung und des Betriebs von Luftfahrzeugen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium der Luft- und Raumfahrt oder technische Berufsausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung beziehungsweise einschlägige mindestens dreijährige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit besonders umfangreicher fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation und mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Design Engineer sowie mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt und in der technischen Dokumentation
• Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Ersatzteilversorgung von Hubschraubern
• SAP- und Illustrator-Kenntnisse mindestens auf dem Niveau von Kenntnissen der Detailfunktionen
• Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Erstellung bebilderter Teilekataloge (IPC) für Hubschrauber; Kenntnisse in S1000D sind von Vorteil
• Gute Hubschrauberkenntnisse für die deutschen zivilen Baumuster sind sehr von Vorteil
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, interkulturelle Kompetenz, technisches Verständnis und analytisches Denken

In this role, you will work in technical data engineering with a focus on spare parts configuration, spare parts supply and technical documentation for helicopters. You will analyse technical design documentation, maintain spare parts data and prepare or validate technical documentation.

Your tasks

• Analyse and support the design process to define the maintenance concept and spare parts configuration while ensuring optimal fulfilment of customer requirements
• Independently analyse change requests, estimate efforts regarding S&S impacts and define deliverables
• Determine spare parts data from technical design documentation such as bills of materials, drawings and manufacturer documentation and define spare parts configurations and spare parts kits
• Maintain data for spare parts and spare parts availability, including SAP master data, and define, coordinate and approve the Material Evolution Table (MET)
• Prepare, write or validate technical documentation in accordance with international standards to ensure safe and efficient maintenance and operation of aircraft

Your profile

• Completed bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or completed technical vocational training with long-standing professional experience, or relevant completed vocational training of at least three years combined with particularly extensive specialist additional qualifications and several years of relevant professional experience
• More than three years of professional experience as a Design Engineer as well as more than three years of professional experience in aerospace and technical documentation
• Extensive experience in helicopter spare parts supply
• SAP and Illustrator knowledge at least at the level of detailed functional knowledge
• Extensive experience in creating illustrated parts catalogues (IPC) for helicopters; knowledge of S1000D is an advantage
• Good helicopter knowledge of German civil aircraft types is a strong advantage
• Business-fluent German and English skills
• Teamwork, communication skills, intercultural competence, technical understanding and analytical thinking
