Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Position arbeiten Sie in der Strukturmontage von Luftfahrtbauteilen und tragen zur qualitativ hochwertigen Fertigung und Montage von Flugzeugstrukturen bei.

• Herstellung und Montage von Nietverbindungen und Baugruppen an Strukturbauteilen

• Anfertigung und Montage von Bauteilen nach Bauunterlagen, Fertigungsanweisungen und Zeichnungen

• Vorbereitung der Arbeitsaufträge, Sichtung von Zeichnungen sowie Bereitstellung von Bauteilen und Fertigungsmitteln

• Positionierung, Ausrichtung und Fixierung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen

• Durchführung und Dokumentation von Montagearbeiten

• Ausführung von Oberflächenschutzarbeiten, z. B. Nietkopfapplikation und Konservierung von Sealnähten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Fluggerätmechaniker, Mechatroniker, Tischler oder vergleichbar

• Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung, Produktion oder Strukturmontage

• Fähigkeit, über längere Zeit konzentriert und selbstständig zu arbeiten

• Qualitätsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (inkl. Wochenend- und Mehrarbeit)

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse; grundlegende Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Your tasks

In this role, you will work in aircraft structure assembly and contribute to the high-quality manufacturing and installation of structural components.

• Manufacturing and assembly of riveted joints and structural assemblies

• Production and installation of components according to drawings and manufacturing instructions

• Preparation of work orders, drawings and workstations

• Positioning, alignment and fixing of parts and assemblies

• Execution and documentation of assembly activities

• Application of surface protection measures such as rivet head sealing and seam conservation

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a technical or craft-related field, e.g. aircraft mechanic, mechatronics technician, carpenter or comparable

• Professional experience in manufacturing, production or structure assembly

• Ability to work independently and maintain focus over longer periods

• Quality-oriented and responsible working style

• Willingness to work in shift systems, including weekends and overtime

• Good German language skills; basic English skills are an advantage
