Change Operational Deployment Officer (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you coordinate the operational deployment of change, training and enablement activities within an international programme environment. You connect development and deployment teams, maintain integrated plans and ensure consistent delivery across solutions, stakeholders and business roles.

Your tasks

• Coordinate the end-to-end deployment process from demand identification through implementation and feedback
• Maintain close collaboration between development, deployment teams, PMTD functions and programme stakeholders
• Manage training plans, forecasts, session schedules and role-based training paths
• Ensure deployment activities comply with applicable processes, security classifications and programme requirements
• Coordinate communications, trainee feedback loops and reporting within scheduling and collaboration tools
• Support portfolio management, change impact analysis and transversal Change Operational Deployment activities

Your profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent diploma in engineering or business administration
• More than three years of professional experience in change management and project management
• Strong communication, facilitation, coordination and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and align conflicting priorities in international, cross-functional teams
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office; Google Workspace experience is desirable
• Business-fluent English; knowledge of scheduling tools such as Unified Planning or JIRA is an advantage
