Sie bearbeiten technische Dokumentation und Ersatzteildaten für das Projekt A400M gemäß ASD S2000M und DB Spec 2000M. Im Bereich Technical Publications unterstützen Sie zudem die Standardisierung von Abläufen, Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung von Dokumentationswerkzeugen. Der Bereich erbringt als interner Dienstleister Dokumentationsleistungen für Luft-, Land- und Seesysteme und optimiert Abläufe projekt- und abteilungsübergreifend.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Neuerstellung und Änderungsdienst an technischer Dokumentation gemäß ASD S2000M und DB Spec 2000M
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Vorgaben zur Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Ersatzteildaten sowie Abbildungen
• Durchführung des A400M-spezifischen Observierungsprozesses für Ersatzteildaten gemäß ASD S2000M und DB Spec 2000M
• Unterstützung bei der Umstellung projektspezifischer Abläufe auf das Standardverfahren Draft / Formal / Master
• Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Qualitätssicherungsplänen für Ersatzteildaten und Abbildungen
• Interne Zusammenarbeit mit den für Projekt und Technik zuständigen Abteilungen sowie Unterstützung der externen Zusammenarbeit mit Auftraggebern aus Projekt und Dokumentation sowie Unterauftragnehmern
• Unterstützung bei Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung nationaler und internationaler A400M-Projektbesprechungen
• Message Handling im Projekt A400M
• Unterstützung bei KPI-Berechnungen beziehungsweise Auswertungen sowie beim Reporting im Projekt A400M
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung ESG-eigener Tools

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Qualifikation mindestens auf Techniker-/Fachwirtniveau sowie abgeschlossene Techniker- oder Meisterqualifikation
• Mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Kenntnisse der militärischen Logistik von Luftfahrzeugen der Bundeswehr, vorzugsweise A400M
• Kenntnisse der S2000M, DB Spec 2000M und von S2000M-Datenbanksystemen
• Basiskenntnisse der S1000D beziehungsweise der beschreibenden Dokumentation
• Anwendungssichere Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung und Prüfung sowie im Datenaustausch von Ersatzteildaten und Abbildungen mittels Redaktionssystemen
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in MS Office
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Analytisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in interdisziplinären Projekten

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer ESG, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

You will maintain technical documentation and spare parts data for the A400M project in accordance with ASD S2000M and DB Spec 2000M. Within Technical Publications, you will also support process standardisation, quality assurance and the further development of documentation tools. As an internal service provider, the department delivers documentation services for air, land and naval systems and optimises workflows across projects and departments.

Your tasks

• Create and maintain technical documentation in accordance with ASD S2000M and DB Spec 2000M
• Support the preparation of guidelines for processing and checking spare parts data and illustrations
• Perform the A400M-specific observation process for spare parts data in accordance with ASD S2000M and DB Spec 2000M
• Support the transition from project-specific workflows to the standard Draft / Formal / Master procedure
• Prepare work instructions and quality assurance plans for spare parts data and illustrations
• Collaborate internally with departments responsible for project and technical matters, and support external cooperation with customers’ project and documentation functions and subcontractors
• Support the preparation, execution and follow-up of national and international A400M project meetings
• Perform message handling within the A400M project
• Support KPI calculations and analyses, as well as reporting within the A400M project
• Support the development and further development of ESG’s own tools

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training with a qualification at least at technician/Fachwirt level, together with a completed technician or master craftsperson qualification
• More than five years of professional experience
• Knowledge of military logistics for German Armed Forces aircraft, preferably the A400M
• Knowledge of S2000M, DB Spec 2000M and S2000M database systems
• Basic knowledge of S1000D or descriptive documentation
• Proficiency in processing, checking and exchanging spare parts data and illustrations using technical publication authoring systems
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office
• Business-fluent German and English
• Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
• Very good communication and presentation skills in interdisciplinary projects
