In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie als Item Certifying Staff und übernehmen die Freigabe von Zertifizierungen für Luftfahrtteile. Als finale Qualitätsinstanz stellen Sie mit Ihrer Freigabe sicher, dass Ersatzteile die strengen Sicherheitsstandards der Luftfahrtindustrie erfüllen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Detaillierte physische und dokumentarische Prüfung von Luftfahrtmaterialien
• Ausstellung von Authorized Release Certificates (EASA Form 1) gemäß Part 21G
• Sicherstellung der korrekten Wareneingänge von Spediteuren sowie Prüfung, ob die Produkte den Kundenerwartungen entsprechen
• Identifikation und Dokumentation von Nichtkonformitäten sowie deren Klärung mit den relevanten Stakeholdern

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mindestens auf dem Niveau Techniker/Fachwirt
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung jeweils in Logistics, Qualitätsmanagement und Qualitätssicherung
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle eingehender und ausgehender Waren ist von großem Vorteil; mindestens sechs Monate Luftfahrterfahrung sind von Vorteil
• SAP-Kenntnisse mindestens auf dem Niveau von Kenntnissen der Detailfunktionen; Google Workspace ist von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse zu POA (Production Organisation Approvals) sowie technisches englisches Fachvokabular
• Deutsch mindestens verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens versiert
• Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und interkulturelles Verständnis sowie Kenntnisse und sichere Anwendung analytischer Methoden und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

In this role, you will work as Item Certifying Staff with primary responsibility for releasing certifications for aviation parts. As the final quality gatekeeper, you will ensure through your approval that every spare part meets the strict safety standards of the aviation industry.

Your tasks

• Perform detailed physical and documentary inspections of aviation materials
• Issue Authorized Release Certificates (EASA Form 1) under Part 21G
• Ensure incoming shipments from forwarders are correct and verify that products meet customer expectations
• Identify and document non-conformances and resolve them with the relevant stakeholders

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational qualification at least at technician/specialist level
• More than two years of professional experience respectively in logistics, quality management and quality assurance
• Solid professional experience in quality control of incoming and outgoing goods is a strong advantage; at least six months of aviation experience is an advantage
• SAP knowledge at least at the level of detailed functional knowledge; Google Workspace is an advantage
• Knowledge of POA (Production Organisation Approvals) as well as technical English vocabulary
• Business-fluent German and at least proficient English skills
• Quality-first mindset, ability to work in a team and multicultural awareness as well as knowledge and command of analytical methods and strong communication skills
