Die Position unterstützt das Qualitätsmanagement im Produktionsumfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Steuerung von Quality-Projekten, Prozesssicherheit, technischer Vorgabenanalyse sowie dem Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Fertigung, Projektteams, Management und Zentralfunktionen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Management von Projekten im Bereich Quality und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung
• Stakeholdermanagement zwischen Fertigung, Projektteams, Zentralfunktionen und Abteilungsleitung
• Aufbau, Einführung und Überwachung neuer Qualitätsprozesse
• Analyse technischer Vorgaben und Ableitung relevanter Maßnahmen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung definierter Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards
• Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung von Prozessleistung und Prozesszuverlässigkeit

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Techniker, Fachwirt oder Studium im Bereich Flugzeugbau, Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung in Fertigung, Produktion, Flugzeugbau, Manufacturing Engineering oder Qualitätssicherung
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie Grundkenntnisse im Prozessmanagement
• Vertiefte SAP-Anwendungskenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace
• Hohe Systemaffinität und schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Programme und IT-Tools
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens versiert

HESYS has been supporting demanding projects in the aerospace and high-tech environment for more than 25 years. We combine technical expertise with practical project support in complex industrial projects. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

The role supports quality management in a production-related environment. The focus is on managing quality projects, process reliability, analysis of technical requirements and interface management between production, project teams, management and central functions.

Your tasks

• Manage quality projects and ensure timely implementation of measures
• Coordinate stakeholders between production, project teams, central functions and department management
• Set up, implement and monitor new quality processes
• Analyse technical requirements and derive relevant actions
• Ensure adherence to defined processes and quality standards
• Support the improvement of process performance and process reliability

Your profile

• Completed qualification as technician, specialist business administrator or degree in aircraft construction, engineering, mechanical engineering, business informatics or a comparable field
• Experience in production, manufacturing, aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering or quality assurance
• Experience in project management and basic knowledge of process management
• Advanced SAP application skills and confident use of Google Workspace
• Strong affinity for systems and quick familiarisation with new programs and IT tools
• Business fluent German and at least advanced English skills
