Als Production Quality Manager unterstützen und überwachen Sie die Herstellung von Produkten gemäß vertraglichen, normativen und behördlichen Anforderungen. Sie sichern die Produktkonformität, bearbeiten Qualitätsmeldungen und unterstützen das Produktions- und Projektmanagement in allen qualitätsbezogenen Belangen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Selbstständige Mitarbeit in Projektteams als Production Quality Manager und Sicherstellung der Produktqualität entsprechend dem Zeichnungssatz.
• Organisation und Durchführung von Freigaben sowie Ausstellung der zugehörigen Konformitätsbescheinigungen und weiterer Zertifikate, z. B. CoC, EASA-Formular 1 und Lieferfreigaben.
• Implementierung, Überwachung und Unterstützung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen und -methoden, z. B. Prozess-FMEA, Prozessaudits, Konformitätsprüfungen, Produktqualifizierungen, Erstmusterprüfungen (FAI) und 8D-Methode.
• Koordination von Fehlermeldungen, Bearbeitung bereichs- und abteilungsübergreifender QM-Themen sowie Fehlerbehebung und praktische Problemlösung innerhalb des Produktionsbereichs.
• Unterstützung der Lieferkette sowie Mitarbeit bei der Qualifizierung von Fertigungsprozessen und der Definition von Unternehmensstandards.
• Freigabe von Fertigungsprozessen, Überwachung der Einhaltung gültiger Fertigungsprozesse und Unterstützung der Produktionsmitarbeitenden bei der Umsetzung geltender Qualitätsvorschriften.
• Unterstützung der Produktions- und Projektleitung bei relevanten QM-Themen sowie Durchführung dokumentierter SOS-Inspektionen zu Sicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit.
• Mitarbeit bei der Erfassung und Erstellung qualitätsbezogener Kennzahlen, Unterstützung bei der Definition von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen sowie Berichterstattung zu qualitätsbezogenen Themen, Ereignissen und Kennzahlen.
• Unterstützung bei internen Audits, Kundenaudits, Abnahmeprüfungen und Reviews.
• Freigabe projektspezifischer Testgeräte und Testsysteme.
• Tätigkeit als Ansprechperson für die Qualitätskontrollbehörde der Bundeswehr vor Ort (ZtQ).

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mit mindestens Bachelorabschluss, abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mindestens Bachelorabschluss.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung elektronischer Baugruppen und der Montage elektronischer Bauteile.
• Erfahrung mit SAP beziehungsweise ERP, PLM und dem SAP-QM-Modul.
• Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement, in ISO EN 9100 und weiteren luftfahrtrechtlichen Anforderungen.
• Mindestens versierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Hohe Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit.
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige, systematische und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Teamfähigkeit und erforderliche Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen.

As a Production Quality Manager, you will support and monitor the manufacture of products in accordance with contractual, regulatory and official requirements. You will ensure product conformity, process quality notifications and support production and project management in all quality-related matters.

Your tasks

• Work independently in project teams as Production Quality Manager and ensure product quality in accordance with the drawing set.
• Organize and conduct releases and issue the associated declarations of conformity and other certificates, e.g. CoC, EASA Form 1 and delivery releases.
• Implement, monitor and support quality assurance measures and methods, e.g. process FMEA, process audits, conformity inspections, product qualifications, First Article Inspections (FAI) and the 8D method.
• Coordinate defect notifications, handle cross-functional and cross-departmental quality management topics, and perform troubleshooting and practical problem-solving within production.
• Support the supply chain and contribute to the qualification of manufacturing processes and the definition of company standards.
• Release manufacturing processes, monitor compliance with valid manufacturing processes and support production employees in implementing applicable quality regulations.
• Support production and project management with relevant quality management topics and conduct documented SOS inspections covering safety, order and cleanliness.
• Contribute to collecting and preparing quality-related key figures, support departments in defining measures to improve these figures, and report on quality-related topics, events and key figures.
• Support internal audits, customer audits, acceptance tests and reviews.
• Release project-specific test equipment and test systems.
• Act as the local contact for the German Armed Forces quality control authority (ZtQ).

Your profile

• Completed degree in electrical engineering or industrial engineering at a minimum of bachelor’s level, a completed degree in communications engineering, or a comparable qualification at a minimum of bachelor’s level.
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing electronic assemblies and assembling electronic components.
• Experience with SAP or ERP, PLM and the SAP QM module.
• Knowledge of quality management, ISO EN 9100 and other aviation regulatory requirements.
• German and English language skills at a minimum of proficient level.
• High degree of initiative and assertiveness.
• Very good communication skills and an independent, systematic and goal-oriented working style.
• Ability to work as part of a team and required willingness to undertake business travel.
