Commercial Project Manager MRO Aircraft (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die kaufmännische Steuerung von MRO-Projekten im Luftfahrtumfeld. Sie begleiten Kundenaufträge von der Angebotserstellung bis zum Projektabschluss, koordinieren interne Schnittstellen und sorgen für eine termingerechte sowie wirtschaftliche Projektabwicklung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Kaufmännische Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen und Kundenaufträgen einschließlich Bestellungen, Rechnungen, Nachkalkulationen und Lastschriften
• Durchführung von Projektcontrolling, Reporting, Kick-off- und Review-Meetings sowie Betreuung von Kunden und Kundenzufriedenheitsmaßnahmen
• Erstellung technischer und kaufmännischer Angebote einschließlich Costing und Pricing sowie Sicherstellung des Angebotsprozesses
• Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Lager, Key Account Management und weiteren Fachbereichen
• Unterstützung bei Vertragsmanagement, Auslastungsplanung, Disposition und kaufmännischer Abwicklung von Fremdleistungen
• Sicherstellung von OTD, OTQ und OTC sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und Projektabläufen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar; alternativ abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung und Zusatzqualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt sowie im Projektmanagement, Vertragsmanagement und Finanzwesen
• Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Wartung oder Instandhaltung sowie Kenntnisse im Projektcontrolling sind von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP und MS Office sowie Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer und kaufmännischer Angebote
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke sowie selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Reisebereitschaft
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher; Kenntnisse der Hubschraubermuster H135 und H145 sind von Vorteil

In this role, you will manage the commercial execution of MRO projects within the aerospace environment. You will support customer projects from quotation through project completion while coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring efficient commercial project delivery.

Your tasks

• Manage customer enquiries and commercial project orders, including purchase orders, invoicing, debit notes and cost reviews
• Perform project controlling, reporting, kick-off and review meetings as well as customer support and satisfaction activities
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations including costing and pricing and ensure an efficient quotation process
• Cooperate closely with engineering, work preparation, logistics, key account management and other specialist departments
• Support contract management, capacity planning, scheduling and the commercial handling of external services
• Ensure on-time delivery, on-time quality and on-time cost performance while driving continuous process improvements

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable discipline; alternatively a completed commercial or technical vocational qualification with relevant advanced training and professional qualifications
• Several years of experience in aerospace, project management, contract management and finance
• Experience in work preparation, maintenance or MRO activities; project controlling experience is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office as well as experience in preparing technical and commercial quotations
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills with an independent, solution-oriented approach and willingness to travel
• Business fluent German and English; knowledge of H135 and H145 helicopter programmes is an advantage
