Sie installieren, konfigurieren und testen die Informations- und Kommunikationsausstattung von Fahrzeugen und beheben auftretende Probleme vor Ort.

Die Einsätze finden wochen- oder monatsweise an wechselnden Bundeswehr-Standorten in Deutschland statt, nicht in Friedrichshafen. Die Anreise erfolgt montags, die Abreise freitags; die Wochenenden können Sie zu Hause verbringen. Ein Umzug nach Friedrichshafen ist nicht erforderlich.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Installation und Konfiguration der Informations- und Kommunikationsausstattung von Fahrzeugen anhand von Konfigurationsvorgaben und Checklisten
• Fehleranalyse und Problembehandlung an der Informations- und Kommunikationsausstattung von Fahrzeugen vor Ort
• Funktionsprüfung, Durchführung von Tests und Erstellung von Testprotokollen gemäß Spezifikation
• Dokumentation von Aktivitäten und Problemen vor Ort
• Beitrag zur aktiven Wissensverteilung im Gesamtteam

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Elektronik für luftfahrttechnische Systeme (Fluggerätelektronik), Mechatronik, IT-Systemelektronik oder Elektrotechnik/Elektronik
• Vorhandene Führerscheine der Klassen B/3 und CE/2
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
• Erfahrung in Integration, Test und Abnahme von Systemen ist wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit und in der Konfiguration von Funkgeräten (HF, VHF, UHF), Mobiltelefonen/zellularen Netzen (TETRA), GPS oder Satellitentelefonen sind von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in Continuous Integration (CI) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit den Tools des Atlassian Stacks sind von Vorteil
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit bei und mit militärischen Kunden sowie sehr hohe Reisebereitschaft für Kundeneinsätze
• Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

You will install, configure and test vehicle information and communication equipment and troubleshoot issues on site.

Assignments take place at different Bundeswehr sites across Germany, changing on a weekly or monthly basis, rather than in Friedrichshafen. Travel to the assignment is on Mondays, with return travel on Fridays, allowing you to spend weekends at home. Relocation to Friedrichshafen is not required.

Your tasks

• Install and configure vehicle information and communication equipment according to configuration specifications and checklists
• Analyze faults and troubleshoot vehicle information and communication equipment on site
• Perform functional checks and tests and prepare test reports according to specifications
• Document activities and issues on site
• Contribute to active knowledge sharing across the team

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in aircraft electronics, mechatronics, IT systems electronics or electrical engineering/electronics
• Valid driving licences for both categories B/3 and CE/2
• Business-fluent German and advanced English
• Experience in system integration, testing and acceptance is desirable
• Knowledge of operating and configuring radios (HF, VHF, UHF), mobile phones/cellular networks (TETRA), GPS or satellite phones is an advantage
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and experience with Atlassian Stack tools are an advantage
• Willingness to work at military customer sites and with military customers, along with a very high willingness to travel for customer assignments
• Independent working style and a confident manner when dealing with customers
