Als Quality Conformance Manager im Bereich Inspection Planning bearbeiten Sie komplexe Qualitätsthemen und entwickeln Inspektionsstandards und Kontrollpläne. Sie optimieren Inspektionsstrategien und Prozesse und stellen die Einhaltung der relevanten Qualitätsstandards sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Leitung multifunktionaler Teams (MFTs)
• Definition, Erstellung und Freigabe von Prüfvorgaben für die Qualitätssicherung
• Erstellung und Optimierung von Kontrollplänen sowie Weiterentwicklung der Inspektionsstrategie
• Strukturierte Identifizierung potenzieller Fehlerquellen in Produkten und Prozessen mittels FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• Systematische Fehleranalyse mittels Practical Problem Solving, insbesondere 9S und SPC (Statistical Process Control)
• Optimierung abteilungsinterner und abteilungsübergreifender Prozesse
• Erstellung von Prozessbeschreibungen und Sicherstellung der Airbus-Standards

Ihr Profil

• Qualifikation mindestens auf Niveau Techniker/Fachwirt in Mathematik, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Ingenieurwesen oder einem technischen Fach
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Manufacturing Engineering, mehr als zwei Jahre im Qualitätsmanagement sowie mehr als zwei Jahre in der Qualitätssicherung
• Kenntnisse im Bereich FMEA/APQP sowie technisches Zeichnungslesen sind erforderlich
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP, Kenntnisse von Detailfunktionen in MS Excel sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Praktische Erfahrung mit SPC und Erfahrung in Mathematik/Statistik beziehungsweise statistischer Prozesskontrolle sind von Vorteil; Python- und SQL-Programmierkenntnisse sind ebenfalls von Vorteil
• Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe für technische Zusammenhänge, starke analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten sowie selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Belastbarkeit, Überzeugungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen

As a Quality Conformance Manager in Inspection Planning, you will manage complex quality topics and develop inspection standards and control plans. You will optimize inspection strategies and processes and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards.

Your tasks

• Lead multifunctional teams (MFTs)
• Define, create and approve inspection requirements for quality assurance
• Create and optimize control plans and further develop the inspection strategy
• Systematically identify potential failure sources within products and processes using FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• Perform systematic failure analysis using Practical Problem Solving methods, particularly 9S and SPC (Statistical Process Control)
• Optimize internal and cross-departmental processes
• Prepare process descriptions and ensure compliance with Airbus standards

Your profile

• Qualification at least at technician/Fachwirt level in mathematics, aerospace, engineering or a technical field
• More than two years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering, more than two years in quality management and more than two years in quality assurance
• Knowledge of FMEA/APQP and technical drawing interpretation is required
• Advanced application knowledge of SAP, knowledge of detailed MS Excel functions and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Practical experience with SPC and experience in mathematics/statistics or statistical process control are advantageous; Python and SQL programming knowledge is also advantageous
• German at native-speaker level and English at least at negotiation level
• Ability to quickly understand and analyze technical relationships, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an independent, structured and results-oriented working style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as resilience, persuasive ability and assertiveness
