In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Projektleitung für die Einführung einer SAP-EWM-Schnittstelle im industriellen Supply-Chain-Umfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Prozessanalyse, Systemanforderungen, IT-/Business-Schnittstellen, Tests, Training, Deployment und Hypercare.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Leitung des EWM-Implementierungsprojekts als Prozess- und Schnittstellenexpertin bzw. -experte
• Analyse bestehender Lager- und Logistikprozesse sowie Definition von Use Cases
• Aufnahme der Anforderungen an die Schnittstelle zwischen Warehouse Management und Factory-Systemen
• Erstellung von To-be-Designs, Gap-Analysen und Abstimmung der Entwicklung mit Airbus IT
• Durchführung von Business Acceptance Tests sowie Schulung der betroffenen Anwendergruppen
• Steuerung von Deployment, Hypercare und regelmäßigem Reporting an das Management

Ihr Profil

• Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Technik, Supply Chain, Logistik oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projektleitung, Projektmanagement, Logistics oder Lagerlogistik
• Expertenwissen in SAP EWM sowie detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in SAP, SAP LE-WM, MM-SD oder R/3
• Erfahrung in IT-/Informationssystemen und idealerweise SAP-Beratung
• Gute Kenntnisse in Change Management, KVP und Risk Management
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher, Reisebereitschaft und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit

In this role, you lead the implementation of an SAP EWM interface in an industrial supply chain environment. The focus is on process analysis, system requirements, IT and business interfaces, testing, training, deployment and hypercare.

Your tasks

• Lead the EWM implementation project as process and interface expert
• Analyze current warehouse and logistics processes and define relevant use cases
• Capture requirements for the interface between warehouse management and factory systems
• Define to-be designs, perform gap analyses and align EWM development with Airbus IT
• Perform business acceptance tests and train the affected user groups
• Manage deployment, hypercare and regular project reporting to management

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, supply chain, logistics or comparable
• Several years of experience in project leadership, project management, logistics or warehouse logistics
• Expert knowledge of SAP EWM and detailed specialist knowledge of SAP, SAP LE-WM, MM-SD or R/3
• Experience in IT/information systems and ideally in SAP consulting
• Good knowledge of change management, continuous improvement and risk management
• Business-fluent German and English, willingness to travel and strong communication skills
