In dieser Position unterstützen Sie die Abteilung Rechnungswesen im Bereich der Kostenstellen- und Kostenträgerrechnung. Sie begleiten Abschlussaktivitäten, analysieren Bestände und unterstützen die Controllingbereiche bei der Pflege und Auswertung relevanter Daten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Technische Unterstützung der Controllingbereiche bei der Analyse und Pflege von Stammdaten
• Unterstützung der laufenden Prozesse in der Kostenstellen- und Kostenträgerrechnung
• Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussaktivitäten
• Analyse und Reporting sämtlicher Bestände nach Programm und Herkunft
• Bewertung und Auswertung der Bestände nach IFRS und HGB
• Zusammenarbeit mit Ansprechpartnern aus Controlling und Rechnungswesen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• Mehr als vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling
• Mehr als vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzwesen sowie mehr als zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Kostenträgerrechnung oder im Rechnungswesen
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP FI und SAP R/3 sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Kenntnisse in Bilanzbuchhaltung und Kostenrechnung sind von Vorteil sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

In this position, you support the accounting department in the area of cost centre and cost object accounting. You contribute to closing activities, analyse inventories and support the controlling departments in maintaining and evaluating relevant data.

Your tasks

• Provide technical support to the controlling departments in analysing and maintaining master data
• Support ongoing processes in cost centre and cost object accounting
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
• Analyse and report all inventories by programme and origin
• Evaluate inventories in accordance with IFRS and HGB
• Cooperate with contacts in controlling and accounting

Your profile

• Completed bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration or economics
• More than four years of professional experience in controlling
• More than four years of professional experience in finance and more than two years of experience in cost object accounting or accounting
• Advanced application knowledge of SAP FI and SAP R/3 as well as knowledge of Google Workspace
• Business-fluent German and English skills
• Knowledge of financial accounting and cost accounting is advantageous, together with an independent, structured and results-oriented working style
