Rollenüberblick
Sie arbeiten in der Fertigung von Faserverbundbauteilen und unterstützen den Aufbau, die Nachbearbeitung und den Materialfluss in einem großen Produktionsteam.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Laminieren von Faserverbundbauteilen (CFK / GFK)

• Aufbau und Vorbereitung von Vakuumprozessen

• Nachbearbeitung von Bauteilen (Schleifen, Kantenbearbeitung)

• Materialbestellung, Kommissionierung und interne Logistik

• Dokumentation von Arbeitsschritten und Abweichungen

• Transport und Handhabung von Arbeits- und Betriebsmitteln

Ihr Profil

• Gewerbliche oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechanik, Mechatronik, Kunststoff)

• Erfahrung in der Fertigung oder im handwerklich-technischen Umfeld

• Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

• Flexibilität bei wechselnden Aufgaben und Arbeitsplätzen

• Teamfähigkeit und eigenständiges Arbeiten

• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

Role overview
You will work in composite manufacturing, supporting the production, finishing and handling of fiber-reinforced components in a team-based environment.

Your tasks

• Lamination of composite parts (CFRP / GFRP)

• Preparation of vacuum setups

• Finishing and surface treatment of components

• Material handling, ordering and internal logistics

• Documentation of work steps and deviations

• Transport and handling of tools and equipment

Your profile

• Technical or vocational qualification

• Experience in manufacturing or hands-on production environments

• High quality awareness and reliable working style

• Flexibility and willingness to support different workstations

• Team-oriented mindset with independent working ability

• Willingness to work in shifts
