Gesucht wird ein SAP Application Manager für die Einführung von SAP S/4HANA im Produktservice für Optronik. Die Rolle harmonisiert die Anforderungen verschiedener Workstreams und stellt sicher, dass die Belange von Projektmanagement, Finance, ILS Management, Obsoleszenzmanagement und MRO in die SAP-Templates und operativen Schnittstellen einfließen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung und Übernahme der Power-User-Rolle als technischer Sparringspartner und Fachexperte
• Detaillierte Analyse des Systems, direkte Erprobung von Prozessen in S/4HANA und Erarbeitung praxisnaher Lösungen für komplexe Problemstellungen gemeinsam mit den Key-Usern
• Technische Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der S/4HANA-Workstreams im Produktservice über alle Phasen von Template-Design, System-Configuration-Prototyping und Migration bis zu Testing, Go-Live und Hypercare
• Koordination der Schnittstellen zwischen Projektmanagement, ILS, Obsoleszenzmanagement und MRO, Konsolidierung der Anforderungen sowie Lösung von Zielkonflikten zur Sicherstellung eines durchgängigen Prozessflusses mit den Key-Usern
• Steuerung und Begleitung der Bereinigung, Strukturierung und Migration von Stammdaten in SAP MDG, darunter Materialstämme, Equipment, technische Plätze und Stücklisten, sowie Sicherstellung ihrer Systemkompatibilität
• Fachliche Führung der Key-User und Lead-Mitarbeiter, Steuerung und Begleitung bereichsübergreifender Integrationstests und User Acceptance Tests sowie Befähigung des Teams für die sichere Arbeit im neuen SAP-Umfeld

Ihr Profil

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP Application Manager, SAP Consultant oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
• Kenntnisse der Detailfunktionen von SAP sowie Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA und klassischen SAP-ERP-Systemlandschaften
• Kenntnisse in SAP MDG für Governance und Qualität von Stammdaten wie Material, Equipment und Stücklisten
• Schnittstellenkenntnisse in SAP CS und PM für MRO-, Instandhaltungs- und Serviceprozesse, SAP PS für die Anbindung an Projektmanagement und ILS sowie SAP MM und SD für Ersatzteillogistik, Obsoleszenz und Servicevertrieb
• Verständnis der Unterschiede zwischen klassischen R/3-Services und modernen S/4HANA-Architekturen
• Zusätzliche technische Kenntnisse in Bereichen wie Datenbanken, Infrastruktur oder Drittanbieter-Tools sind von Vorteil
• Deutsch mindestens verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens versiert
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Teamfähigkeit

We are looking for an SAP Application Manager to support the introduction of SAP S/4HANA in product services for optronics. The role harmonizes the requirements of different workstreams and ensures that the needs of project management, finance, ILS management, obsolescence management and MRO are incorporated into the SAP templates and operational interfaces.

Your tasks

• Actively contribute to implementation activities and assume the power-user role as a technical sparring partner and subject-matter expert
• Analyze the system in detail, test processes directly in S/4HANA and develop practical solutions for complex issues together with the key users
• Assume technical responsibility for implementing the S/4HANA workstreams in product services across all phases, from template design, system configuration prototyping and migration to testing, go-live and hypercare
• Coordinate the interfaces between project management, ILS, obsolescence management and MRO, consolidate requirements and resolve conflicting objectives to ensure an end-to-end process flow together with the key users
• Manage and support the cleansing, structuring and migration of master data in SAP MDG, including material master data, equipment, functional locations and bills of materials, and ensure system compatibility
• Provide technical leadership to key users and lead employees, manage and support cross-functional integration tests and user acceptance tests, and enable the team to work confidently in the new SAP environment

Your profile

• Several years of experience as an SAP Application Manager, SAP Consultant or in a comparable role
• Knowledge of detailed SAP functions as well as experience with SAP S/4HANA and conventional SAP ERP system landscapes
• Knowledge of SAP MDG for the governance and quality of master data such as materials, equipment and bills of materials
• Interface knowledge of SAP CS and PM for MRO, maintenance and service processes, SAP PS for integration with project management and ILS, and SAP MM and SD for spare-parts logistics, obsolescence and service sales
• Understanding of the differences between conventional R/3 services and modern S/4HANA architectures
• Additional technical knowledge in areas such as databases, infrastructure or third-party tools is advantageous
• At least negotiation-level proficiency in German and proficient English
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, good analytical skills and a high degree of self-motivation and teamwork
