Junior Capex Manager Investment & Portfolio Management (m/f/d) – AIRBUS

You will manage and support capital expenditure (Capex) projects within an industrial environment. The focus lies on portfolio steering, governance and performance transparency in close cooperation with finance and procurement.

Your tasks
– Managing and prioritising an investment portfolio in alignment with finance and procurement
– Supporting business teams in assessing operational and strategic Capex projects
– Adjusting forecasts based on project cycle time developments
– Contributing to the annual operating plan and integration of strategic priorities
– Supporting governance, tools development and portfolio reporting
– Conducting post-implementation reviews to ensure benefit realisation and process adherence

Your profile
– Degree in engineering, technical studies or business administration
– Experience in manufacturing, finance, manufacturing engineering or project management
– Good knowledge of process and risk management
– Strong analytical and project management skills
– Confident communication and stakeholder management capabilities
– English business fluent, additional languages are a plus
