In dieser Position arbeiten Sie als Teil des Metrology-Teams an programmübergreifenden Digitalisierungs- und Manufacturing-Engineering-Themen. Der Fokus liegt auf digitaler Durchgängigkeit (Engineering to Shopfloor), industrieller Messtechnik sowie der Entwicklung und Einführung moderner PLM- und Softwarelösungen im Produktionsumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Leitung von Fertigungs- und Product-Lifecycle-Management-(PLM)-Projekten mit Fokus auf End-to-End Digital Continuity (Engineering to Shopfloor)

• Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Einführung einer neuen PLM-Lösung inklusive Erweiterung von Operationskatalogen und Umsetzung von Business Rules für digitale Automatisierung

• Entwicklung und Anwendung der ME Work Preparation Excellence Journey zur Unterstützung von Reifegradzielen, Produktionssystemen und Ratenhochläufen

• Entwicklung und Implementierung eines Python-basierten User Interfaces zur Verwaltung von Konfigurationsdateien für Messprojekte

• Werksseitige Projektleitung beim Wechsel von Messsoftware, Konfigurationssystemen und zugehörigen Datenbanken

• Konzeption und Softwareentwicklung eines Konfigurationsmanagementsystems für Messsoftware

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Manufacturing, IT und internationalen Schnittstellen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (mind. Bachelor) der Informatik, des Ingenieurwesens, Maschinenbaus, der Messtechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in IT / Informationssystemen, Manufacturing Engineering, Messtechnik oder Datenanalyse

• Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python

• Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace

• Gute Kenntnisse in XML, XML-Schemata (XSD) und XML-Stylesheets (XSL)

• Grundkenntnisse in Messtechnik und Messverfahren, idealerweise inkl. 3D-Messverfahren oder AUKOM

• Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen

• Hohe Belastbarkeit und souveränes Arbeiten in anspruchsvollen Situationen

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch versiert

In this role, you will work within the metrology team on cross-program digitalization and manufacturing engineering topics, focusing on end-to-end digital continuity, industrial metrology and modern PLM and software solutions.

Your tasks

• Leading manufacturing and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects with a focus on end-to-end digital continuity from engineering to shop floor

• Supporting the development and rollout of a new PLM solution including operation catalogs and automation business rules

• Developing and applying the ME Work Preparation Excellence Journey to support maturity targets and production ramp-ups

• Development and implementation of a Python-based user interface for managing measurement project configuration files

• On-site project management for the transition of measurement software, configuration systems and related databases

• Concept design and software development of a configuration management system for measurement software

• Close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, IT and international stakeholders

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mechanical engineering or metrology

• Several years of experience in IT, manufacturing engineering, industrial metrology or data analysis

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Confident use of Google Workspace

• Good knowledge of XML, XML schemas (XSD) and XML stylesheets (XSL)

• Basic knowledge of metrology and measurement methods, ideally including 3D measurement techniques or AUKOM

• Analytical and structured working style with a strong quality focus

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels

• Resilient, adaptable and able to perform effectively in demanding environments

• Fluent German and proficient English
