Product Manager GSE & Tools (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you manage cross-program product activities for Ground Support Equipment and tools. You support commercial offers, drive sales and order intake, coordinate stakeholders and contribute to road-to-market strategies for new services and opportunities.

Your tasks

• Build commercial tool package offers with Sales for Entry into Service solutions
• Deliver customer commitments after offers are converted into purchase orders
• Drive sales, leasing and repair activities for GSE and tool products
• Act as product focal point for Sales, field representatives and customer-facing teams
• Handle second-level product escalations, customer requests and P&L-related decisions
• Define road-to-market strategies and promote the GSE tools portfolio internationally

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or comparable qualification
• Experience in product management, project management, supply chain or supplier management
• Good understanding of marketing, commercial offers and customer-oriented service portfolios
• Detailed SAP knowledge and confident use of Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of change management and risk management
• Business-fluent English skills; German skills are beneficial
