Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Position arbeiten Sie an der Entwicklung und Betreuung von Antriebssystemen für militärische Luftfahrzeuge und begleiten diese Systeme von der Konzeptphase bis in den operativen Betrieb.

• Entwicklung und Betreuung von Flugzeugantriebssystemen für militärische Programme

• Integration von Antriebssystemen in das Gesamtsystem Luftfahrzeug

• Ableitung von Anforderungen sowie Definition von Konzepten und Systemarchitekturen

• Erstellung und Pflege von System- und Gerätespezifikationen

• Mitwirkung bei Qualifikations- und Zertifizierungsaktivitäten

• Planung, Begleitung und Auswertung von Boden- und Flugtests

• Erstellung von Freigabe- und Zertifizierungsdokumentationen

• Schnittstellenkoordination zu angrenzenden Systemen und Funktionen

• Unterstützung der Fertigung bei technischen Rückfragen

• In-Service-Support, z. B. Fehleranalysen, Ursachenuntersuchungen und Maßnahmenableitung

• Durchführung von Systemanalysen (Performance, Betrieb, Dynamik, Regelung)

• Unterstützung des Teams bei technischen Fragestellungen und Systemthemen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung

• Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von Antriebssystemen, Systementwicklung oder komplexen technischen Systemen

• Technisches Verständnis für Triebwerks-, Thermodynamik- oder Strömungsprozesse

• Erfahrung mit Systemanalysen, Simulationen oder technischen Berechnungen

• Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Modellierungs-, Simulations- oder Anforderungstools

• Programmiererfahrung, z. B. mit MATLAB/Simulink oder vergleichbaren Werkzeugen

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb Europas

HESYS Engineering is a partner for highly specialized engineering services in high-tech environments such as aerospace and defence. With more than 20 years of experience, we support demanding development and in-service programs across the entire product lifecycle.
For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

Your tasks

In this role, you will contribute to the development and in-service support of propulsion systems for military aircraft, covering activities from early concept definition to operational support.

• Development and in-service support of aircraft propulsion systems for military programs

• Integration of propulsion systems into the overall aircraft architecture

• Derivation of requirements and definition of system concepts and architectures

• Development and maintenance of system and equipment specifications

• Support of qualification and certification activities

• Planning, monitoring and analysis of ground and flight tests

• Preparation of certification and clearance documentation

• Interface coordination with adjacent systems and functions

• Technical support to production and build line activities

• In-service support including problem investigation and solution development

• Performance and system analyses using analytical and simulation methods

• Support of system engineers within the development team

Your profile

• Degree in aerospace engineering or a comparable technical field

• Professional experience in propulsion systems, system development or complex technical environments

• Technical understanding of engine systems, thermodynamics or fluid dynamics

• Experience with system analysis, simulation or modelling tools

• Familiarity with requirement management or engineering tools

• Programming experience, e.g. with MATLAB/Simulink or similar

• Business-fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage

• Structured, self-reliant working style and strong team orientation

• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
