Project Manager Cabin Programmes (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you manage strategic projects and initiatives within the Cabin and ESI/MSI environment. You coordinate risks, opportunities, budgets and programme milestones while supporting cross-functional teams and programme governance.

Your tasks

• Drive risk and opportunity management within the Cabin, ESI and MSI perimeter
• Implement programme strategies and lead strategic, de-risking and continuous improvement initiatives
• Create, coordinate and deliver project management milestone documents in line with the applied methodology
• Manage critical project situations, support arbitration and coordinate interfaces between programmes, line fit and in-service activities
• Support programme governance, establish new ways of working and ensure effective management communication
• Allocate operational planning budgets and manage dedicated cost lines, including RC and NRC elements

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, international management, supply chain, logistics, economics or a comparable discipline
• More than three years of experience in project management and project leadership, ideally combined with supply chain experience
• Mandatory experience in cost management, including recurring and non-recurring costs
• Good knowledge of project management, risk management and continuous improvement methods
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills in cross-functional and technical environments
• Business-fluent English and confident use of Google Workspace; German or French, project management certification and cabin design experience are advantageous
