Sie analysieren Geschäftsperformance und treiben Verbesserungsmaßnahmen, mit Fokus auf finanzielle Steuerung, Risikobewertung und kontinuierliche Optimierung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Überwachung der Time & Material Aktivitäten und frühzeitige Identifikation von Abweichungen
• Analyse von Risiken und Chancen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
• Sicherstellung der Performance im Einklang mit Strategie und Geschäftsplan
• Durchführung von Monatsanalysen und Reporting an das Management
• Unterstützung von Forecast-, Planungs- und Finanzprozessen
• Weiterentwicklung von Business Excellence und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Finance, Business Analysis oder Performance Management
• Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse, Reporting und finanziellen Zusammenhängen
• Erfahrung mit Tools wie SAP, MS Office und Google Workspace
• Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse

Your profile

• Degree in business, industrial engineering or a related field

• Structured and analytical working style
• Business fluent English and good German skills
