Als Plant Supply Chain Interface Coordinator betreuen Sie die Schnittstellen für die Single Aisle Final Assembly Lines (SA FAL) in China und den USA. Sie entwickeln Materialflussprozesse weiter und unterstützen deren Stabilisierung für den anstehenden Ratenhochlauf sowie die Optimierung der logistischen Abläufe.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Wahrnehmung der Schnittstelle zwischen dem Back Office der beiden außereuropäischen FALs, allen Airbus-internen Abteilungen, den Logistikdienstleistern und dem Front Office der jeweiligen Logistikzentren in Tianjin (China) und den USA
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Materialflussprozesse zur FAL-Asia und FAL-USA mit dem Ziel, die Prozesse für den anstehenden Ratenhochlauf zu stabilisieren
  • Identifizierung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung und Harmonisierung logistischer Prozesse zur Reduzierung der Logistikkosten
  • Mitwirkung im Störungsmanagement sowie im Beschaffungs- und Lieferprozess und Ermittlung von Stammdaten wie Herkunftsdaten, Preisen, Materialbeschaffenheit der Bauteile oder Zolltarifnummern
  • Überwachung des Rückführungsprozesses von Bauteilen und Tools

Ihr Profil

  • Qualifikation im technischen Bereich, in Supply Chain / Logistics oder Betriebswirtschaft mindestens auf Meister-Niveau
  • Jeweils mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Disposition / Materialbeschaffung, Lieferantenmanagement, operativer und strategischer Beschaffung sowie Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP/R3 sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
  • Grundkenntnisse im Prozessmanagement
  • Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge und Funktionsweisen schnell zu erkennen und zu analysieren
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise zur termingerechten Zielerreichung und effizienten Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten für die Zusammenarbeit mit Ansprechpersonen aller Ebenen
  • Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Dienstreisen einmal pro Jahr
  • Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher

As a Plant Supply Chain Interface Coordinator, you manage interfaces for the Single Aisle Final Assembly Lines (SA FAL) in China and the USA. You develop material flow processes and support their stabilisation for the upcoming production rate ramp-up, together with the optimisation of logistics operations.

Your tasks

  • Act as the interface between the back office of the two non-European FALs, all internal Airbus departments, logistics service providers and the front office of the respective logistics centres in Tianjin (China) and the USA
  • Continuously develop material flow processes towards FAL-Asia and FAL-USA to stabilise processes for the upcoming production rate ramp-up
  • Identify, design and implement measures to optimise and harmonise logistics processes with the aim of reducing logistics costs
  • Contribute to disruption management and procurement and delivery processes, and determine master data such as origin information, prices, component material properties or customs tariff numbers
  • Monitor the return process for components and tools

Your profile

  • Qualification in a technical discipline, Supply Chain / Logistics or business administration, at least at Meister level
  • More than two years of professional experience in each of material planning / procurement, supplier management, operational and strategic procurement, and Supply Chain / Logistics
  • In-depth practical application knowledge of SAP/R3 and knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of process management
  • Ability to quickly identify and analyse technical relationships and operating principles
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working approach to achieve goals on time and coordinate workflows efficiently, together with strong communication skills for collaboration with contacts at all levels
  • Willingness to undertake worldwide business travel once a year
  • German and English both at least at negotiation level
