Major Business Owner Digital Transformation (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you work as Major Business Owner for A320 Family Industrial PMT and Digital Transformation. You represent the cross-FAL customer perspective, support digital portfolio arbitration and secure the readiness and deployment of digital solutions across all A320 Final Assembly Lines worldwide.

Your tasks

• Act as the cross-FAL voice of the customer for central digital projects and industrial transformation topics
• Hold go/no-go gatekeeper responsibility for deployments across global Final Assembly Lines
• Prioritize, validate and structure FAL requirements, process deviations and new digital solution ideas
• Drive cross-FAL convergence by aligning common targets and securing buy-in for future operating solutions
• Lead requirements collection, user story creation, lessons learned and business value measurement
• Coordinate deployment enablers such as business acceptance tests, change management, training and budget priorities

Your profile

• Completed bachelor’s degree or higher in aerospace, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in project management, manufacturing engineering and change management
• Experience in manufacturing planning, production control or shopfloor-related transformation topics
• Good knowledge of lean management, process management and industrial operating models
• Strong ability to structure priorities, communicate clearly and drive decisions in international environments
• Negotiation-level English skills; German or French skills are an advantage
