Program & Project Controller (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

HESYS Engineering ist seit über 25 Jahren als spezialisierter Partner für Engineering-Dienstleistungen im Einsatz. Wir unterstützen Kunden aus Aerospace & High-Tech mit qualifizierten Fachkräften in anspruchsvollen Projekten. Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie.

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die kaufmännische Steuerung von Projekten über deren gesamte Laufzeit. Sie überwachen Kosten, Umsatz und Cashflow, erstellen Berichte und unterstützen die Projektteams mit relevanten Kennzahlen und Handlungsempfehlungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Vollumfängliche kaufmännische Projektsteuerung über die gesamte Projektdauer
• Definition und Etablierung von Projektkostenstrukturen (WBS/CBS) in Abstimmung mit dem Projektmanagement
• Kaufmännische Aufplanung in SAP sowie Steuerung und Überwachung von Umsatz, Kosten und Cashflow
• Erstellung regelmäßiger Plan-Ist-Berichte, Analyse von Abweichungen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
• Vertragsgerechte Rechnungsstellung und aktives Management der Zahlungseingänge
• Erstellung von Angebotskalkulationen, Unterstützung bei Angebotsverhandlungen und Entwicklung fundierter Business Cases

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, in Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehr als vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling
• Mehr als vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertragsmanagement
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP FI/CO
• Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement; Erfahrung mit Jira ist wünschenswert
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

In this role, you assume commercial responsibility for projects throughout their entire duration. You monitor costs, revenue and cash flow, prepare reports and support project teams with relevant key figures and recommendations.

Your tasks

• Assume full commercial project control throughout the entire project duration
• Define and establish project cost structures (WBS/CBS) in coordination with project management
• Set up commercial project planning in SAP and monitor revenue, costs and cash flow
• Prepare regular plan-versus-actual reports, analyse deviations and derive recommendations
• Ensure contractual invoicing and actively manage incoming payments
• Prepare quotation calculations, support commercial negotiations and develop sound business cases

Your profile

• Completed bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
• More than four years of professional experience in controlling
• More than four years of professional experience in contract management
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP FI/CO
• Good knowledge of project management; experience with Jira is desirable
• Business-fluent German and English skills
