Program Quality Engineer (m/w/d) – Technical Planning & Performance Controlling

Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement und technische Planung suchen wir Sie als Program Quality Engineer (m/w/d) – Technical Planning & Performance Controlling.
In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Qualitätsmanagement, Programmleitung und Controlling. Sie planen, analysieren und steuern die finanziellen und technischen Kennzahlen für anspruchsvolle Entwicklungsprogramme im Aerospace-Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verständnis des betrieblichen Umfelds (Strategie, Governance, Herausforderungen, Rahmenbedingungen)

• Vorbereitung der Finanzplanung sowie Erstellung von Prognosen und Szenarien

• Bewertung der finanziellen Leistung, Analyse von Abweichungen und Erarbeitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen

• Unterstützung bei der Festlegung und Einhaltung mehrjähriger Finanzziele

• Entwicklung und Ausführung von Simulationen, Business Cases und Ausschreibungsanalysen

• Überwachung von Einsparzielen und Bewertung der Performance

• Mitwirkung bei der Ressourcenplanung und Definition bereichsinterner Kennzahlen

• Prüfung und Bewertung interner Statements of Work (SoW) verschiedener Qualitätsbereiche

• Unterstützung des RfQ-Prozesses (Request for Quotation) und Erstellung von Angebotsanfragen

• Erstellung von Reports, Statistiken und Management-Berichten für das Senior Management

• Kontrolle und Bewertung von SoWs hinsichtlich Durchführbarkeit, Annahmen und Angebotswerten

• Controlling von KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen

• Management bereichsbezogener Kontierungen und interner Controlling-Aufgaben

• Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Prozessdokumenten

• Entwicklung von Auslastungsszenarien und Kapazitätsplanungen

• Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Programmleitung, Operations und Qualitätsmanagement

• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie Überwachung von Einsparinitiativen

Ihr Profil:

1. Ausbildung/Studium:

   • Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder eines vergleichbaren technischen bzw. wirtschaftlichen Studiengangs

2. Berufserfahrung:

   • Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement oder technischen Controlling

   • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätscontrolling, technischer Planung und Performance-Monitoring

3. IT-/Fachkenntnisse:

   • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

   • Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPI-Controlling, Forecast-Tools und Finanzreporting

4. Sprachkenntnisse:

   • Deutsch: verhandlungssicher

   • Englisch: verhandlungssicher

5. Weitere Qualifikationen:

Program Quality Engineer (f/m/d) – Technical Planning & Performance Controlling

For an assignment in the field of quality management and technical planning, we are looking for you as Program Quality Engineer (f/m/d) – Technical Planning & Performance Controlling.
In this position, you act as an interface between Quality Management, Program Management and Controlling, supporting the planning, analysis and steering of financial and technical KPIs in aerospace development programs.

Your tasks:

• Understand the operational environment (strategy, governance, constraints)

• Prepare financial planning and forecasting, analyze variances and define corrective actions

• Support the definition and monitoring of multi-year financial goals

• Develop simulations, business cases and project-related scenarios

• Monitor performance achievements and evaluate cost savings

• Support resource planning and internal KPI definitions

• Review and evaluate internal Statements of Work (SoW) from various Quality departments

• Support the internal RfQ process and prepare quotation requests for the Program Quality area

• Prepare reports, statistics and management presentations for senior leadership

• Validate SoW assumptions, exclusions and offer values

• Control and track KPIs and provide recommendations to management

• Conduct internal quality controlling and cost allocation activities

• Develop capacity planning and utilization scenarios

• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Program Management, Operations and Quality departments

• Identify, monitor and implement optimization and cost reduction initiatives

Your profile:

• Education: Master’s or Diploma degree in Aerospace Engineering or related technical/economic field

• Professional experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in quality management, technical planning or controlling within the aerospace industry

• IT skills: Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access); experience with KPI control and forecasting tools

• Languages: German and English fluent
