Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Designer Functional Electrical Design (d/m/w).

In dieser Position arbeiten Sie im Umfeld komplexer elektrischer Systeme und übernehmen Aufgaben im funktionalen elektrischen Design. Sie entwickeln und detaillieren Schalt- und Verdrahtungskonzepte, stellen die Systemintegration sicher und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Designprozessen bei. Eine Ü2-Überprüfung ist für diese Tätigkeit nicht erforderlich.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Detaillierung von Funktionsschaltplänen und Verdrahtungsdiagrammen für komplexe elektrische Systeme

• Auswahl und Spezifikation elektrischer Komponenten und Materialien unter Berücksichtigung von Leistungsanforderungen, Umweltbedingungen und Kosten

• Erstellung technischer Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und weiterer Designdokumente gemäß internen Standards und Kundenanforderungen

• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Ingenieurdisziplinen wie Mechanik und Struktur zur Sicherstellung der Systemintegration und Schnittstellenkompatibilität

• Unterstützung bei Design-Reviews, Fehleranalysen und der Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen

• Beitrag zur Optimierung von Designprozessen und eingesetzten Werkzeugen

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik (Master oder Diplom) oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich funktionales elektrisches Design und Schaltplanentwicklung

• Erfahrung in der Auswahl und Spezifikation elektrischer Komponenten wie Kabel, Stecker, Sensoren und Aktuatoren

• Erfahrung mit CAD-Tools für die Elektrotechnik, z. B. Aucotec Engineering Base oder Siemens Capital

• Vertrautheit mit branchenrelevanten Standards und Normen (z. B. MIL-STD) von Vorteil

• Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a Designer Functional Electrical Design (m/f/d).

In this role, you will work on complex electrical systems and be responsible for functional electrical design activities. You will develop and detail schematics and wiring concepts, support system integration and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes. No Ü2 security clearance is required for this position.

Your tasks

• Development and detailing of functional schematics and wiring diagrams for complex electrical systems

• Selection and specification of electrical components and materials considering performance, environmental conditions and cost

• Preparation of technical drawings, bills of material and additional design documentation in line with internal standards and customer requirements

• Collaboration with other engineering disciplines such as mechanical and structural engineering to ensure system integration and interface compatibility

• Support of design reviews, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions

• Contribution to the optimization of design processes and tools

• Ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations and quality requirements

Your profile

• Master’s or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable field

• Solid knowledge of functional electrical design and schematic development

• Experience in selecting and specifying electrical components such as cables, connectors, sensors and actuators

• Experience with electrical CAD tools, e.g. Aucotec Engineering Base or Siemens Capital

• Familiarity with industry-relevant standards and norms (e.g. MIL-STD) is an advantage

• Strong communication skills and team spirit

• Structured and self-reliant working style

• Fluent business German and English
