Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle im Controlling und unterstützen das Management bei der Steuerung von Finanzen, Programmen und operativen Einheiten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von finanziellen und operativen Kennzahlen
• Analyse von Abweichungen, Risiken und Chancen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen
• Unterstützung von Managemententscheidungen durch aussagekräftige Reports
• Steuerung von Forecast- und Planungsprozessen inkl. Ressourcenplanung
• Überwachung von Programmen und Kostenentwicklungen inkl. Earned Value Management
• Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen und Reporting-Strukturen

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling oder Finanzumfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP und MS Office
• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit auf Managementebene
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, finance or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in controlling or finance
• Strong SAP and MS Office skills
• Analytical and structured working style with high level of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with management
• Business fluent German and English
