Gesucht wird ein Projektleiter im Baumanagement für den Ratenhochlauf in der Single-Aisle-Endlinie. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der zielgerichteten Realisierung von Bauvorhaben in der Flugzeugproduktion.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erreichen der Projektziele hinsichtlich Zeit, Umfang, Kosten und Qualität nach internen und externen Regelungen und Bestimmungen zur Zufriedenheit des Kunden
• Definieren, Einrichten und Fördern des Projektteams und der Projektorganisation einschließlich Mitarbeitenden aus anderen Funktionen in einer Matrixorganisation über alle Projektphasen
• Effektive Integration gewonnener Erfahrungen sowie Management interner und externer Risiken und Chancen
• Gewährleistung einer effektiven Partner- und Lieferantenverwaltung
• Erstellung der Kostenübersicht und Monitoring über alle Projektphasen
• Einholen von Genehmigungen und Kommunikation mit den beteiligten Ämtern, unter anderem im Bereich Bauwesen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Projektmanagement Bau oder Versorgungstechnik
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung und mehr als vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit bei der Projekt- und Bauleitung von Industrieanlagen, Industrie-Infrastruktur und Industriegebäuden ist wünschenswert
• MS Office mit Kenntnissen der Detailfunktionen sowie Google Workspace
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher
• Erfahrung bei AIRBUS ist von Vorteil
• Koordination von Umbaumaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung von Regularien
• Kenntnisse im Bau und in der Errichtung von Gebäuden und Gebäudetechnik sowie in agilen Methoden des Projektmanagements
• Fähigkeit, Zusammenhänge und Funktionsweisen schnell zu erkennen und zu analysieren
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, um Ziele termingerecht zu erreichen und Arbeitsabläufe effizient zu koordinieren
• Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten für die Zusammenarbeit mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen

We are looking for a Project Manager in construction management for the rate ramp-up in the Single-Aisle final assembly line. The focus is on the targeted implementation of construction projects in aircraft production.

Your tasks

• Achieve project objectives regarding time, scope, cost and quality in accordance with internal and external rules and regulations and to the customer’s satisfaction
• Define, establish and promote the project team and project organization, including employees from other functions in a matrix organization throughout all project phases
• Effectively integrate lessons learned and manage internal and external risks and opportunities
• Ensure effective partner and supplier management
• Prepare cost overviews and monitor costs throughout all project phases
• Obtain permits and communicate with the authorities involved, including those responsible for construction matters

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, engineering, mechanical engineering, construction project management or building services engineering
• More than three years of professional experience in construction management and more than four years of professional experience in project management
• Experience in supporting the project management and construction management of industrial plants, industrial infrastructure and industrial buildings is desirable
• MS Office with knowledge of detailed functions as well as Google Workspace
• German and English both at least at negotiation level
• Experience with AIRBUS is an advantage
• Coordination of conversion measures in compliance with applicable regulations
• Knowledge of the construction and erection of buildings and building services as well as agile project management methods
• Ability to quickly identify and analyze correlations and functional principles
• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style to achieve objectives on schedule and coordinate workflows efficiently
• Strong communication skills for working with contacts at all organizational levels
