Sie steuern Konfigurations- und Änderungsprozesse für Widebody-Flugzeuge mit Fokus auf Cabin & Cargo und begleiten die industrielle Umsetzung über den gesamten Änderungszyklus.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Steuerung von Standard- und kundenspezifischen Änderungen für A330 und A350

• Konsolidierung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Change Gates in transnationalen Setups

• Rolle als Product Change Leader und operative Verantwortung im Configuration Management

• Sicherstellung der Umsetzung und Industrialisierung von Änderungen

• Planung und Nachverfolgung von Modifikationen bis zum fristgerechten Abschluss

• Leitung von Meetings sowie Abstimmung mit Engineering, Produktion und Programmen

Ihr Profil

• Technische Qualifikation, z. B. Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbar

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aerospace-Umfeld

• Gute Kenntnisse im Configuration Management sind zwingend erforderlich

• Gute Kenntnisse in Change-, Projekt- und Risikomanagement

• Strukturierte, eigenständige und durchsetzungsfähige Arbeitsweise

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

You manage configuration and change activities for Widebody aircraft programs with a focus on cabin and cargo modifications and their industrial implementation.

Your tasks

• Management of standard and customized changes for A330 and A350 programs

• Consolidation of decision inputs for change gates in transnational environments

• Acting as Product Change Leader and operational Configuration Management lead

• Ensuring embodiment and industrial feasibility of changes

• Planning, monitoring, and closing of modifications in line with program schedules

• Leading meetings and coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams

Your profile

• Technical background in engineering, aerospace, or a comparable field

• Several years of experience in an aerospace environment

• Good configuration management expertise is mandatory

• Solid knowledge of change, project, and risk management

• Structured, proactive, and independent working style

• Business-fluent German and English skills
