In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie als industrieller Systemingenieur im Produktionsumfeld. Sie bewerten bestehende industrielle Systeme, entwickeln Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und begleiten deren Umsetzung mit Fokus auf Performance, Kapazität und Ratenfähigkeit industrieller Linien.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Koordination von Teilprojekten im Bereich Fertigungsingenieurswesen und Manufacturing Engineering

• Bewertung bestehender und zukünftiger industrieller Systemlösungen hinsichtlich Performance, Kapazität und Ratenfähigkeit

• Entwicklung, Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung von Produktionsperformance und Kapazität

• Anwendung von Industrial-System-Engineering-Methoden zur Bearbeitung operativer Fragestellungen, Herausforderungen und Prioritäten

• Nutzung von Prozessen, Methoden und Tools für das Design industrieller Systeme in Zusammenarbeit mit Industrial Architects

• Erstellung, Nutzung und Bereitstellung von Modellen sowie Einsatz von Simulationswerkzeugen für industrielle Anwendungen

• Gestaltung, Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Produktionsprozessen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbar (mind. Bachelor)

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:

  • Fertigung / Produktion

  • Manufacturing Engineering

  • Arbeitsvorbereitung

  • Produktionsplanung und -steuerung

  • Fertigungsplanung / Prozessplanung

  • Projektmanagement

  • Prozess- und kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprojekte

• Erfahrung im industriellen Umfeld der Luft- und Raumfahrt von Vorteil

• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Lösungen

• Kommunikationsstarke und durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Verbesserungen aktiv voranzutreiben

• Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Entscheidungen logisch, faktenbasiert und überzeugend zu vertreten

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Google Workspace

• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher

In this role, you work as an Industrial System Engineer within a manufacturing environment. You assess existing industrial systems and develop improvement measures to ensure performance, capacity and production rate capability.

Your tasks

• Coordination of sub-projects within manufacturing and industrial engineering

• Assessment of current and future industrial system solutions regarding performance, capacity and rate capability

• Development and tracking of improvement measures to ensure production performance and capacity

• Application of industrial system engineering methodologies to address operational questions and challenges

• Use of processes, methods and tools for industrial system design in collaboration with industrial architects

• Creation and application of models and simulation tools for industrial applications

• Design and continuous optimization of workflows and production processes

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable field

• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, production, industrial engineering or related areas

• Experience in production planning, process planning, project management or continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong analytical and structured working style

• Communicative and assertive personality with the ability to drive improvements

• Ability to take responsibility and make well-founded, logical decisions

• Confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace

• Fluent German and fluent English
