In dieser Position leiten Sie Industrialisierungs- und Serienanlaufprojekte und beraten bei Designänderungen sowie Neudesigns für Serien- und Musterbauaktivitäten. Sie übertragen konstruktive Lösungen in umsetzbare Produktionskonzepte für metallische Komponenten und Baugruppen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Industrialisierungs- und Serienanlaufprojekten im Hinblick auf Time, Cost und Quality
• Koordination der Aufgaben und Management der Schnittstellen zwischen Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, Qualitätssicherung, Fertigungssteuerung und weiteren Schnittstellenbereichen
• Betreuung des internen Kunden sowie Konstruktionsberatung bei Designänderungen und Neudesigns für Serien- und Musterbauaktivitäten
• Mitarbeit an Entwicklungsprojekten sowie Prüfung von Bauunterlagen und Fertigungsvorschriften auf optimale Umsetzbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung bekannter und neuer Fertigungsverfahren
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten gemäß konstruktiven Vorgaben in SAP für metallische Komponenten und Baugruppen sowie bei Angebotskalkulationen
• Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungskonzepten
• Übertragung der konstruktiven Designlösung „as-designed“ in das anzuwendende Produktionskonzept „as-planned“ in Zusammenarbeit mit sämtlichen Schnittstellen des Plant Manufacturing Engineering
• Erstellung herstellungsrelevanter Manufacturing-Engineering-Modelle, darunter Taktmodelle und Condition of Supply

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau im Maschinenbau oder in einem technischen Studiengang, ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Fertigungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Fundierte praktische und theoretische Kenntnisse in den relevanten Produktionstechnologien metallischer Komponenten und in der Montage von Baugruppen werden vorausgesetzt
• Ein Grundverständnis von Produktstrukturen ist zwingend erforderlich
• Erfahrung in der fachlichen Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen, unter anderem Einkauf, Programm, Design, NC-Programmierung, Qualitätssicherung und FEMI-Bau
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in CATIA V5; Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit relevanten SAP-Modulen sowie PLM-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
• Grundkenntnisse der Normen und Richtlinien der Luftfahrt
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einhaltung von Richtlinien und Standards, selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Servicementalität

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this position, you independently manage industrialisation and series ramp-up projects and provide design consulting for design changes and new designs for series production and prototype activities. You translate design solutions into feasible production concepts for metallic components and assemblies.

Your tasks

• Independently manage industrialisation and series ramp-up projects with regard to time, cost and quality
• Coordinate tasks and manage the interfaces between Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production Control and other interface departments
• Act as the contact person for the internal customer and provide design consulting for design changes and new designs for series production and prototype activities
• Contribute to development projects and review construction documents and manufacturing specifications for optimum feasibility, taking known and new manufacturing processes into account
• Support the creation of work plans and bills of materials in SAP according to design specifications for metallic components and assemblies as well as quotation calculations
• Define and further develop manufacturing concepts
• Translate the “as-designed” design solution into the applicable “as-planned” production concept in collaboration with all Plant Manufacturing Engineering interfaces
• Create manufacturing-relevant Manufacturing Engineering models, including takt models and Condition of Supply

Your profile

• Completed degree at least at Bachelor’s level in mechanical engineering or a technical field, a completed degree in manufacturing engineering, or a comparable qualification at least at Bachelor’s level
• Sound practical and theoretical knowledge of relevant production technologies for metallic components and the assembly of assemblies is required
• A basic understanding of product structures is mandatory
• Experience in providing technical support to other departments, including Procurement, Programme, Design, NC Programming, Quality Assurance and FEMI Production
• Detailed specialist knowledge of CATIA V5; knowledge and confident use of relevant SAP modules as well as PLM knowledge are desirable
• Basic knowledge of aviation standards and guidelines
• Business-fluent German and English skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, a sense of responsibility, compliance with guidelines and standards, an independent, structured and goal-oriented working approach and a strong service mindset
